Abstract

The quality of a teacher has a great influence upon students as a man who teach and lead them directly in each school. The quality is to become inportant standard to indicate the educational level of a nation. This study is consider the secondary teacher training system and the secondary teacher appointment system and consider background and the actual condition for existing teacher appointment examination and for the secondary science teacher appointment examination and consider the actual condition analysis for the secondary science teacher appointment examination and provide improvement for the secondary science teacher appointment examination.
