중소기업 근로자의 직장체육활동 실태에 관한 조사연구

Abstract

오늘날 산업이 더욱 현대화하고 대규모화 하면서, 근로자들은 많은 신체적·정신적 장애를 겪고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 장애들이 직장체육활동의 효율적인 활용으로 인해 완화될 수 있다는 여러 연구들을 기초로 하여, 중소기업체에서의 직장체육 활동의 실태를 조사하고 직장체육에 관한 근로자들의 의식구조와 문제점들을 제시분석함으로써, 보다 유용한 직장체육활성화방안의 기초자료를 제중하고자 한다. 연구대상은 중소기업체들이 특히 밀집되어 있는 경기도 안산시 반월공업단지내에서 종업원수가 100명이상 500명이하인 21 개 기업체를 무작위로 추출하여, 총 630명의 근로자들을 대상으로 선정하여 응답을 구하였다. 또한 직장체육활동의 실태를 조사하기 위해 선정된 기업체 중 19 개의 기업체를 방문, 체육실무담당자와 직접면담을 통해 현황조사를 실시하였다. 도구로는 설문지와 조사지를 사용 하였으며, 회수된 설문지는 컴퓨터에 개별입력시킨 다음 SAS를 사용하여 처리하였다. 분석방법은 질문 문항별로 단순빈도 분포와 백분율을 산출하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 1.직장체육활동에 대한 참여도는 46.9%이고 비교적 생산직 근로자가 사무직 근로자 보다 높다. 2. 대부분의 근로자가 운동시설 부족과 시간부족을 직장체육활동의 저해요인으로 보고 있다. 3. 직장체육진흥관리위원회의 설치는 거의 전무한 상태이며 많은 동호인조직이 구성되어있으나 그활동은 미진한 정도이다. 4. 기업의 체육활동에 대한 예산지원이 매우 부족하다. 5. 근로자들은 직장체육활동이 스트레스해소와 친목도모에 영향을 미치며 생산성향상에도 도움이 된다고 생각하고 있다.;Today, the more the national industry becomes modern and large-scaled, the more the laboror gets the physical and mental troubles. This study is designed to survey the case of the athletic activities within the working places especially small-medium Industrial companies, and to identify some problems and the consciousness of laborors, in order to serve the basic data for more useful utilization method of athletic activities of laborors, through realizing that the above troubles can be reduced by utilization of athletic activities. As the way of research, a total of 630 laborors from 21 small-medium industrial companies in Banweol Industrial Complex, Ansan, Gyunggido were randomly selected and requested to the answer the sheets. 19 companies were selected to survery the actual conditions of athletic activities and interviewed. In employed questionaires as the surveying instrument. Collected sheets, were separately inputed into computer than used SAS for statistical process. Each question was figured simple frequency distribution and percentage. The results of the survery were below: 1. The blue colored laborors have the higher degree of their participation in athletic activities than the white colored. 2. Most laborors regard the lack of athletic facilities and time as the nagative factors of their athletic activities within the working places. 3. Companys's Administration Committee for promoting physical education do not exist almost, many association for persons with similar tastes are organized but, their activities are not so noticeable. 4. All companies give little financial support to the athletic activities of their laborors. 5. Laborors think the athletic activities have influences on their stress and formations of friendship, furthermore are useful to the improvement of productivity.
