dc.description.abstract國産 만삼아재비 Codonopsis ussuriensis(Rupr, et Maxim.) Hemsley의 뿌리 부분을 methanol로 수회 추출한 다음, diethylether, water, n-buthanol 순으로 분획하여 그 중 n-buthanol 분획을 silicagel column chromatography하여 syringin의 ethyl ether형인 compound Ⅰ, 4-(3-ethoxy-1-propeny1)-2, 6-dimethoxy pheny1-β-D-glucopyranoside를 순수분리하여 그 구조를 확인하였다.;A new phenylpropanoid was isolated from the roots of Codonopsis ussuriensis (Rupr. et Maxim.) Hemsley. Its MeOH Ext. was partitioned into ether and n-BuOH fractions. The n-BuOH fraction was subjected to silica gel column chromatography using CHCl_(3)/MeOH (10:1) as an eluting solvent to yield compound I colorless crystal, mp 140-142℃. I was elucidated as 4-(3-ethoxy-1-propeny1)-2, 6-dimethoxyphenyl-β-D-gluco-pyranoside on basis of spectral data analysis.-
