의사소통 가족치료모델 발전에 관한 연구

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to understand the development process, the meaning and the characteristics of the communication family therapy model. The communication family therapy model has three stages of development. The first stage is the beginning stage of family study starting from about 1850 to about 1920 or 1930. The symbolic interactionalists in this stage of study not only present a fundemental understanding on the personality but also offer a starting point of the communication family therapy model and a basic diagnostic concept on this model through the study of the importance of family and communication. The second stage is the forming stage of family theory. The family is considered as an object of study in the various studies and investigations and finally the formation of family theory comes true in the stage. The interactional family theorists between about 1920 and about 1950 or 60 contribute to the formation of family theory. The studies in this stage consist of the studies on the family concept, role concept in the family relation, the marital successive adaptive index, divorce and the marital relationship and they present a diagnostic meaning and concrete intervention point of family therapy which will be the previous basis of communication family therapy model. In the third stage, the communication family therapy model has been finally developped as an intervention method on the family problems from about 1950 up to present. Jackson, Haley, satir are the core family Therapist of this communication family therapy model. The various studies on the personality concept, family concept, communication, linguistic and nonligul-stic symbolic system as the symbolic system of communication role concept and family rule concept in the family relation, and the adaptation of change concept of a family therapy goal are more concretely developped twoard a communication family therapy model by Jackson, Haley, satir and they are used for the intervention in family problems.;본 연구는 의사소통 가족치료모델이 발전하게 되는 과정을 살펴보고 그 의미와 특징을 살펴보는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 의사소통 가족치료모델은 3단계를 거쳐서 형성·발전된다. 1단계는 가족연구가 시작되는 단계로서 1850년경부터 1920, 30년경까지로 나누어 볼 수 있다. 상징적 상호작용주의 사상가들을 중심으로 하여 인성을 바라보는 기본 시각을 제시해주고 있고 가정의 중요성, 그리고 의사소통에 대한 연구를 하여, 의사소통 가족치료모델이 형성·발전되는 출발점이 될 뿐만 아니라 기본 진단적인 개념을 제공해 준다. 2단계는 가족이론이 형성되는 단계이다. 본격적으로 여러 조사와 연구를 통해 가족을 하나의 연구대상으로 삼아 가족이론을 형성시킨다. 1920년경부터 1950, 60년까지 상호작용주의 가족이론가들이 중심이 되어 가족이론 형성에 기여한다. 가족개념, 가족관계에서 역할개념연구, 성공적인 부부간 적응지표연구, 이혼에 대한 연구, 그리고 결혼관계 연구 등 의사소통 가족치료모델이 발전되는 그 전단계로서 진단적인 의미와 구체적인 가족치료의 개입시점을 제공해 주는 단계로서 그 특징을 찾아 볼 수 있다. 그리고 마지막 3단계에 이르러서 드디어 의사소통 가족치료모델이 가족문제에 대한 개입방법으로 형성·발전된다. 1950년경부터 현재까지 연구 발전되고 있다. Jackson, Haley, Satir등 의사소통 가족 치료가들이 중심이 되어 활동한다. 1단계와 2단계에서 연구되었던 많은 연구들 즉, 인성개념, 가족개념, 의사소통에 대한 연구, 의사소통의 상징세계로서 언어적, 비언어적 상징체계에 대한 연구, 가족관계에서 역할개념과 가족규칙개념의 연구 그리고 가족치료목표로서 변화의 개념 적용 등 여러 부분에 걸친 연구가 Jackson, Haley, Satir등 의사소통 가족치료모델에 구체적으로 발전·변화되어 가족문제 개입에 활용되어 나타나고 있다.
