마우스 태자 소장의 파네트 세포 출현에 관한 연구

Abstract

마우스 소장의 파네트세포는 장선 기저부 세포로부터 발생하는 것으로 알려졌다. 그러나 이러한 사실은 성체에서 알려진 결과이며 태생기 파네트세포의 기원 및 분화에 대한 연구는 매우 적다. 이에 본 연구에서는 태생기 마우스 파네트세포의 출현시기와 구조의 특징을 규명하기 위하여 광학 및 전자현미경으로 관찰하여 다음과 같은 소견을 얻었다. 1. 마우스 태자의 파네트세포는 태령 19일 소장의 장선에 출현하였다. 2. 마우스 태자의 파데트세포는 모두 직경 1.5㎛이하의 작은 분비과립을 갖고 있는 유약형 세포이었다. 3. 이상의 소견으로 마우스 파네트세포는 태생기 최종일에 소장 장선 상피에 발생하는 것으로 사료된다.;It is known that the Paneth cell of mouse small intestine originated from the base columnar cells of the gland. But this fact have been observed in the adult. However, the origin and the process of differentiation of the Paneth cells in the fetus are little known. The present study was performed to cralify the developmental stage and the structure of the Paneth cell in the small intestine of fetal mouse by means of light and electron microscopy. The results obtained could be summarized in three items as follows : 1. The Paneth cells were identified in the glandular epithelia of the small intestine of 19-day-old fetuses. 2. The Paneth cell population consists of all young cells with secretory granules less than 1.5㎛ in diameter. 3. From the above findings, it is inferred that the mouse Paneth cells are developed in the glandular epithelium of small intestine in the last day of fetal life.
