作品에 있어서 日常的 主題에 關한 硏究

Abstract

人間은 그가 살았던 社會와 文化 經濟 制度 등과 불가분의 관계를 맺는다. 人間은 본능적으로 주위 환경과 時代的 社會的 상황에 의해 영향을 받고 살아 가고 있으며, 특히 藝術家는 社會의 일원으로서 自身이 속한 社會를 自身의 감정과 정서로 表現하고자 하는 욕구를 가지고 있다. 이에 藝術이 단순한 個人의 創造的 行爲인 동시에 社會로 부터 影響을 받으며 時代나 狀況을 反映하는 것이다. 이러한 측면들은 意識에 近代的 覺醒이 이루어지기 이전의 社會에서부터 現代社會에 이르기까지 계속해서 나타나고 있으며 藝術에 現實이 反映될때 주로 人間的 狀況의 전반적인 現實 이미지를 나타내고 있는 것이다. 東洋藝術이 근본적으로 自然의 추구에서 생긴 藝術이라고 한다면 現代社會의 한 일면에서 느끼는 日常性에 대한 추구는 바로 전통 東洋畵 에서 추구하였던 精神과 상통할 것이다. 本考에서는 人間을 自然의 一部로 보고 있는 東洋入의 自然觀을 思考의 出發點으로 하여, 自然과 人間關係를 통해서 얻어진 經驗을 東洋哲學의 底邊에 흐르고 있는 天人合一 思想에 접근시켜 人間과 藝術과의 關係는 어떠한가를 살펴보고, 한 時代를 사는 사람으로써 藝術家가 그 時代現實의 人間的 狀況 選擇의關係를 繪畵와 日常性의 觀點에서 硏究하였다. 따라서 本人은 日常속에서 익숙해진 심상을 바탕으로 하여 우리 주위 環境을 表現하고자 日常的 삶의 體驗과 밀착된 素材를 중점적으로 다루었다. 그리하여 社會속에 內在하는 現實的인 空間을 通하여 現代를 살아 가며 內面的으로 不變하는 人間 본연의 자세인 自然에로 向하는 마음을 表現해 보고자 하였다. 이러한 硏究를 通하여 現實에 대한 客觀的 認識과 함께 作品에 表現하고 싶은 素材의 타당성을 재확인하고 보다 創造的인 作品世界를 摸索하는데 도움이 되고자 하였다.;Man is inseperably related with the society he lives in, culture, economy and institutions. Man lives under constant influence of environment surrounding him, social conditions and the circumstances of the times and especially, an artist has a desire to express the society in which he is a member with his own emotion and sentiment. Thus, an art can be said as a creative activity of an individual and at the same time, it reflects the characteristics of an era or the circumstances with the influence from the society. These aspects of art continuously appears from the pre-modern society where the consciousness was not awaken to the modern society. When reality is reflected in the art, art shows the images of human life and the circumstances. Since oriental art inherently pursues nature, pursuit of dailyness of modern society is directly linked with the spirit pursued by the traditional Oriental painting. In this thesis, Oriental view of nature which sees man as a part of the nature, is the starting point of thought. I tried to find out the relationship between man and art through approaching to "the idea of unity of heaven and man" which is at the core of the Oriental philosophy, with the experience learned from the relationship between nature and man. Also, 'this study was taken from the view point of artist's choice of human circumstances and the reality of the times with art and dailyness. I aimed at expressing the environment with the basis of images that are familiar in our daily life, and putting the emphasis on the experiences of daily life and materials closely related to it. Also, I tried to express the mind of nature which is the inborn attitude of man through realistic space that lies intrinsically in the society. Through this study, I would like to reaffirm the validity of materials that I would like to express in my work and also the objective awareness of reality thereby to seek more creative world of art.
