성경이야기 교수방법에 따른 유아의 내용이해

Abstract

The object of this study is to amke clear what response the children are showing in role play and thinking game and clarify the efficiency of them by comparing and analyzing what differences there are mong sex and age groups. The questions for this study are as follows: 1. Would there be any difference in understanding the contents of the Bible story according to the teaching method? 2. Would there be any difference in understanding the contents of the Bible story by sex and age? The subject of the study were 80 children, who were both male and female aged from 5 to 6. The subjects were divided into the role play group and thinking game group by taking into account of sex, age, religion and the educational degree of the parents. The survey method presented in the study by Young-ae Lee and the classification criteria used in the study by Dreman and Greenbaum are revised and then applied to the evaluation method for the understanding of the contents of the Bible. The data were handled and analysed by MANN-WHITNEY U verification and X^(2) verification. The major finding of this study are as follows: 1. There were no significant differences in understanding the contents of the Bible story according to the teaching method Viz. Children showed high understandings of both role play method and thinking game method. 2. There were significant differences in understanding the con-tents of the Bible story according to the ages. (P<.04) The older the age is, the higher the resonse to the role was and the younger the was, the higher the response to the role play was than to the thinking game. There were no significant differences in understanding the contents of the Bible story according, to the sex. But, the girls showed higher response than the boys in role play games.;본 연구는 역할놀이와 사고게임 활동이 성경이야기를 이해하는데 있어서 어떠한 반응을 보이며 성 및 연령 집단간에는 어떠한 차이가 있는지 비교 분석하여 그 효율성을 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 문제는 다음과 같다. 1. 성경이야기 내용이해는 교수방법에 따라 차이가 있는가? 2. 성경이야기 내용이해는 성 및 연령집단에 따라 차이가 있는가? 연구대상 유아는 만 5∼6세 남·녀 80명으로 성, 연령, 종교, 부모의 교육정도 등을 고려하여 역할놀이 집단과 사고게임 집단으로 나누었다. 성경내용 이해에 대한 측정도구는 이영애의 연구에서 제안한 검사 도구와 Dreman과 Greenbaum의 연구에서 사용된 분류기준을 수정, 적용하였다. 자료처리는 MANN-WHITNEY U검증과 χ^(2)검증으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 성경이야기 내용이해는 교수방법에 따라 유의한 차이가 없었다. 즉 역할놀이 방법과 사고게임 방법에서 모두 높은 이해를 나타냈다. 2. 성경이야기 내용이해는 연령에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.4). 즉 연령이 높을수록 성경이야기 이해수준이 높았으며 나이가 어릴수록 사고게임보다 역할놀이에 높게 반응했다. 성경이야기 내용이해는 성별에 따라 유의한 차이가 없었다. 그러나 역할놀이에서는 남아보다 여아가 약간 높게 반응했다.
