家庭生活 內容을 中心으로 한 平生敎育에 關한 硏究

Abstract

본 연구는 가정생활 내용을 중심으로 한 가정 주부의 평생교육에 관한 연구이다. 이 연구는 경기도 광주군 광주읍 주부를 대상으로 하여 가정생활내용을 중심으로 평생교육의 방향을 모색하여 주부에 대한 평생교육의 중요성을 재인식시키고 앞으로 지역사회 평생교육 program 모델 개발에 도움을 줄 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 관련문헌과 선행 연구를 통한 이론적 배경을 고찰하고 경기도 광주군 광주읍 거주 주부 650명을 대상으로 실태 조사를 하였다. 자료처리를 위한 분석방법으로는 빈도와 백분율, x^(2)-test, t-test, F-test가 적용되었다. 조사내용은 경기도 광주군 광주읍 주부의 여가실태와 가정생활 내용과 관련된 평생교육의 관심정도, 평생교육 참여실태 및 희망하는 평생교육 내용이었다. 본 조사결과를 토대로 하여 가정주부를 위한 가정생활 내용과 관련된 평생교육 방향에 대한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 획일적인 교육 program을 지양하고 동일한 내용일지라도 주부의 연령, 가정생활주기, 학력, 직업유무, 직업종류, 소득을 고려하여 다양한 접근방법 및 난이도를 적용해야 한다. 둘째, 지역사회 주부의 여가시간과 요구에 부응할 수 있도록 교육 program 제작전에 주부의 평생교육에 대한 관심이나 여가실태를 조사하여 그들에게 맞는 program을 제공하도록 한다. 세째, 가정생활과 관련된 평생교육 내용중 주부들의 관심이 많은 육아나 자녀지도, 가정경영 교육이 보강되어야 한다. 네째, 많은 주부들이 평생교육의 필요성은 인식하고 있으나 참여에는 소극적이므로 주부들의 적극적인 평생교육 참여의식 고양을 위한 계몽활동이 지속적으로 이루어져야 한다. 다섯째, 평생교육은 지역사회의 주부대학이나 부녀회, 자녀가 다니는 학교시설 등을 중심으로 실행되어야 한다. 여섯째, 평생교육 경비에 부담을 갖지 않고 많은 주부가 참여 할 수 있도록 평생교육 경비 조달을 위한 관련기관의 적극적 후원이 요청된다.;This study is related to the lifelong education of house-wives with emphasis on the contents of home life. This study is aimed at providing fundamental data to be able to help rendering its contribution toward the development of lifelong educational program pattern in community for the future through reassuring the importance of lifelong education for housewives by seeking a righteous direction of lifelong education with emphasis on the contents of home life that are applied to the housewives residing in Kwangju-eub, Kwangju county, Kuynggi-province. The study method is to observe a thoretical background through the relevant bibiographies and the rpeceding research and a series of investigation have been made on an actual situation with applying to 650 housewives residing in Kwangjueub, Kwangju county, Kyunggi provinec. As for the analytic method for data disposal, frequency, percentage, X^(2)-test, t-test and F-test have been applied. The contents were involved in the desired lifelong education and the actual state of lifelong educational participation and the degree of the concern in the lifelong education related to the real situation of leisure for housewives residing in Kwangju-eub, Kwangju county, Kyunggi porvince as well as their home life. Based on the result of this study, conclusions for the direction of lifelong education with regard to the contents of home life are given as follows: Firstly, with sublating the programs for uniform education, even it happens to be the same contents, through considering the ages of housewives, the cycle of family life, edicational records, the kinds of profession and its presence as well as their incomes, diversified approach and the degree of difficulty should be applied. Secondly, in order to be able to meet the leisure time and demands of community housewives, prior to producing the educational programs a series of proper programs to be suitable for them should be offered with investigating the concern with the lifelong education of housewives or the actual state of their leisure time. Thirdly, home economics management education for childcare or guidance for children in which many housewives are interested among the contents of lifelong education related to homelife. Fourthly, although many housewives are well aware of the necessity of the lifelong education, as they appear to be negative on their active participation in it, enlightening activities should be continuously maintained for enhancing a positive consciousness of participating in the lifelong education by the housewives. Fifthly, the lifelong education should be enforced with laying emphasis on housewives university of a community or women's society and the school facilities that children attend. Sixthly, a series of positive support by the authorities concerned should be required for raising the expenses of lifelong education that would enable many housewives to take part in it without being subject to bearable burden on the expenses of lifelong education.
