Abstract
本 硏究의 目的은, 美國과 韓國의 舞踊專攻 女大生들의 健康에 대한 知識, 關心度 및 行動에 관하여 調査·硏究함으로써 舞踊을 專攻하는 韓國女大生들의 健康增進을 도모하고 보다 效率的인 舞踊敎育을 追求하기 爲한 基礎資料를 提供하는데 그 目的을 두고 있다. 이러한 目的을 達成하기 爲하여 美國大學의 舞踊專攻女大生 300명과 韓國大學의 舞踊專攻女大生 300명을 對象으로 說問紙를 使用하여 그들의 健康에 대한 知識과 關心度 및 行動實踐狀況을 調査하였다. 調査 道具는 說問紙를 使用하였고,說問紙의 信賴度를檢査한 結果 R의 값이 0.88로서 信賴度가 認定되어 본 說文紙를 使用하게 되었다. 회수된 資料를 각 問項別로 Chi-square Test와 T-test를 실시하여 SPSS로 統計處理하였다. 그 結果 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다. 1. 保健行動 實踐狀況에 있어서,韓國學生들이 美國學生들 보다 低調한 實踐率을 나타내었다. 특히 野菜의 섭취, 목욕, 밤샘,健康診斷 그리고 舞踊外의 다른 스포츠를 즐기는 行動 實踐率이 美國學生들 보다 韓國學生들이 낮게 나타나 두 變數間에 有意한 差異가 있었다 2 . 大學保健所 ( School Health Center ) 利用率에 있어서, 美國學生들 보다 韓國學生들이 低調했다. 韓國學生들은 大學保健所나 病院보다는 藥局을 利用하는 경향이 많았다. 3 . 保健知識水準에 있어서, 美國學生들과 韓國學生들 間에는 有意한 差異가 있었으나, 두 戀數 모두 평균이상의 良好한 知識水準을 가지고 있었다. 4 .保健關心度에 있어서,韓國學生들이 美國學生들 보다 월등하게 낮은 關心度를 나타내었다. 흥미로운 것은 一般健康에 대한關心에서 消極的 態度를 가지고 있던 韓國學生들이, 舞踊人들의 禁煙, 職業論 舞誦, 그리고 스포츠의 必要性에 대한 認識에서는 매우 積極的인 態度를 가지고 있다는 점이었다. 5 .現在의 健康狀態에 있어서, 韓國學生들이 美國學生들 보다 良好하지 못했다. 특히 韓國學生들의 不規則한 生活習慣과 食生活로서는 밤샘과 偏食을 들 수 있고, 그에 따르는 胃賜病 ·便泌 및 疲勞가 健康의 障碍要因으로 나타남으로써, 美國學生들과 韓國學生들 間에 有意한 差異가 있었다. 6 .美國學生의 99.2 %, 韓國學生의 86.6 %가 高等學校시절에 1주일에 1번 이상의 保健授業이 있었으며, 都市에서 成長한 學生일수록 保健授業을 많이 들었고, 비례하여 保健知識水準도 높았다.;In this thesis, in order to provide the foundamental data for efficient dance education and health development of Korean dance majoring women students, the degree of interest and knowledge about the health and their behavior of Korean and women students were examined and studied. The method of this study is to use a questionnaire. The subjects of this study are 300 undergraduate women majoring in dancing in Korea and U.S.A., The confidence of this questionnaire is tested and it is confirmed as 0.88. the value of r. Chi-square test and T-Test are executed by each question and the data is taken statistics by SPSS. The results are as follows ; 1. In the practice condition of activities for the health, the practice rate of Korean students are lower than that of American students. Specially there are significant differences between Korean and American students in activities such as eating a vegetable, taking a bath, staying all night, a health diagnosis, enjoying other sports except dancing. 2. In using School health Center, American students go there more frequently than Korean students. Korean students tend to go frequently to a pharmacy rather than to go to School Health Center. 3. In the level of knowledge about the health, there is cignificant difference between Korean and American students. But both of them have the good level of knowledge over the average. 4. In the degree of concern about the health, that of Korean students is lower much than that of American students. It is very interest that the altitude of Korean students are negative in the concern to general health as compared with their attitude are positive in the recognition of dancer's no smoking, occupational dance and necessity of sports. 5. In the present health situation, American students are more healthy than Korean students. Gastroenteric trouble, constipation and fatique appeared to Korean students, because they have an irregular life such as staying all night and an unbalanced diet. 6. 99.2 percent of American students and 86.6 percent of Korean students had taken lessons about the health more than once a week. The student growing up in a city district had taken more lesson than the student growing up in a country. And in proportion to that the more students take lessons, the more the level of knowledge to the health is high.
