主婦들의 스포츠參與에 관한 實態 調査 硏究

Abstract

本 硏究는 主婦들의 스포츠 參與 實態를 把握하여 主婦들의 스포츠 活性化 政策樹立을 위한 基礎 資料를 提供하는 데에 그 目的이 있다. 調査 對象은 主婦로 定하였으며 調査 對象 地域은 大都市, 中小都市, 農村으로 구분하여 各 한 地域을 임의 選定하였다. 各 地域에 거주하는 主婦들을 임의 추출에 의해 524名을 調査 對象者로 表集하였다. 主婦들의 스포츠 活動, 參與, 實態를 調査하기 위하여 本 硏究에서는 質問紙를 使用하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 질문지는 질문내용의 妥當度를 위하여 豫備調査를 실시하였으며 道具의 標準化를 위하여 Test-Retest Method으로 信賴度 檢證 ( r = 0.89 )을 실시한 후 질문지를 재작성하였다. 回收된 質問紙의 各 項에 따른 調査內容을 分析 可能한 資料로 정리한 후 個人別 컴퓨터에 入力處理 하였다. 年齡, 居住地, 收入, 學歷에 따라 스포츠 參與, 스포츠에의 參與 動機, 스포츠에의 不參理由 스포츠에의 勸誘度 別로 頻度를 算出하였다. 算出된 結果는 x^(2)檢證 方法으로 分析하였다. 이와 같은 方法으로 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다. 1 . 主婦들의 50.9 %가 스포츠에 參與하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 大都市 主婦들일수록, 수입이 많을수록, 高卒 主婦들이 다른 學歷의 主婦들보다 스포츠에의 參與를 더 많이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 2 . 主婦들의 스포츠에 參與하는 理由로는 肥滿하기 때문에가 가장 많았으며 그 다음이 餘假活動을 위하여, 몸이 虛弱하기 때문에, 스트레스 解消를 하기 위하여 順으로 나타났다. 3 . 主婦들의 53.9 %가 일이 바빠서 또는 시간이 없어서 스포츠에 참여하지 못하는 것으로 나타났으며 그 다음이 몸이 약해서, 나이가 들어서, 게을러서, 經濟的 여유가 없어서 順이었다. 4 . 主婦들의 家族成員이 運動選手가 되고자 하는 경우에 있어서 그 勸誘정도는 남자의 경우는 비교적 긍정적이었으나, 여자의 경우에는 부정적인 것으로 나타났다.;The purpose of this survey is to investigate the housewives's sport participation and to provide the basic data which they can be to establish their soprt program. The subjects of this study were the housewives and surveyed regions were divided into Metropolitan, medium and small city and rural areas. The subjects chosen by random sampling consisted of 524 housewives from te each areas. A questionnaire was used for this study. The validity of the questionnaire used for the study was determined by pilot test. The reliability of the questionnaire used for the study was determined by test-retest method. Test-Retest mathod was used to obtain the reliability coefficient of 0.89 for the questionnaire used for the study. The collected data were analysised in terms of degree of participation, motive for participation, reason for nonparticipation and inducement toward their family. The statistical analysis was used Chi square. The data were processed by SPSS Program of VAX 11 in the Computer Center at Seoul national University. On the basis of the results obtained the conclusions were drawn as follows : 1. About the 50.9% of the housewives found to participate in sport. And their general common characterisitics were a large city dweller, higher income earner and highly educated intellectual. 2. As th the motivation of their sport participation the problem of being fit comes first in rank and utilizing their leisure time, improving bad health condition and removing their daily strees were referred in order. 3. About the 53.9% of the housewives were proved not to participate in sport activity due to the busy schedule old age limit, idle personality, the poor health condition and economic problem in sequence. 4. In regard to the problem of their family member to become and athletic, male was inducement and female was not inducement.
