敎師志望生의 音樂才能 및 敎職에 對한 態度

Abstract

全人敎育을 目標로 하는 初等, 中等學校의 音樂敎育에서 音樂敎師는 學生들로 하여금 音樂의 美를 느끼고 表現할 수 있도록 指導해야 한다. 音樂敎育은 音樂專門家를 기르기 위한 基礎敎育이 아니라 音樂 學習을 통하여 人間敎育에 이바지함을 그 目標로 삼아야 할 것이다. 이는 音樂敎師의 能力에 따라 좌우될 것이며, 特히 初等敎育에 있어서 音樂敎育은 敎師의 音樂的 才能이 더욱 큰 影響을 미칠 것으로 생각된다. 初等敎育 對象의 아동들은 모든 成長發達 側面에서 基礎敎育 段階에 있기 때문에 初等敎育에서는 中等敎育에서 보다도 敎師의 音樂的 才能이 影響을 줄 수 있다고 본다. 이러한 觀點으로 보아 본 硏究에서는 初等敎師 志望生과 中等敎師 志望生의 音樂才能과 敎職에 對한 態度를 調査하여 敎師敎育에 도움을 주고자 하였다. 本 硏究의 標集對象은 釜山所在의 師範大學 音樂敎育科 學生 150여명과 敎育大學 學生 200여명으로 標準化 音樂才能檢査를 實施하였고, 또 質問紙를 作成하여 各 學校마다 150여명을 對象으로 實施하였다. 회수된 資料는 各 對象 問項別로 頻度數를 찾고, 이를 百分率로 統計處理하여 音樂敎育科 學生과 敎育大學 學生을 比較하였다. 여기에서 나온 結果는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 音樂才能 比較에 있어서 小檢査別로 多少의 差異는 있으나, 綜合點數로 볼때 敎育大學 學生이 音樂敎育科 學生에 比해 훨씬 뒤떨어져 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 質問紙 調査를 통해 比較해 본 結果 全般的으로 몇 問項을 제외하고는 별 差異 없는 것으로 나타났다. 入學動機는 매우 消極的인 態度를 보였으나 現在의 狀況에서는 훌륭한 敎師가 되려는 努力이 엿보인다. 셋째, 敎師觀에서는 積極的이며 確固한 使命感을 가지고 敎職에 임하고 있으며 學校의 選好 경향으로 公立學校에 높은 反應을 보였다. 또, 敎育大學 學生들이 音樂才能에 對해 自信感을 갖지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 專攻에 對해 大部分의 學生들이 滿足하고 있으며 만약 專攻을 바꾼다면 語學, 美術, 衣裳學, 醫學에 높은 反應을 나타내고 있다. 다섯째, 學校에 대한 信賴度 調査에서 많은 學生들이 學校에 對한 自負心을 갖고 있는 반면 敎授님과의 面談, 對話時間과 學校施設의 改善 및 補完을 强調하고 있다. 여섯째, 將來의 希望으로는 大部分의 學生들이 卒業後 敎師나 敎授를 원하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 敎科課程에 對한 意見으로 實技時間의 擴充과 音樂授業의 能率을 올리기 위해 보다 폭넓은 知識을 要求하면서 副專攻의 必要性을 强調하고 있다.;In the music education of primary and middle school aim-ing at the whole- personality education, a music teacher has to teach a student to feel and express the beauty of music. That is to say, the purpose of music education is not basic training for a professional musician but contribution to the human education through the musical study. This depends on the talent of music teacher, and especi-ally in primary-education the musical talent of a teacher has more influence on music education. The children of the primary education object are on the stage of basic education in all development and growth. So we regard that the musical talent of teacher has the more influence on the primary education than on the middle education In this respect, the writer compares and analyzes the result through the musical talent test between a prospective teacher of primary education and a prospective teacher of middle education in this study, and performs a questionnaire to grasp the view of teaching. The conclusions are as follows: 1. When we compare the musical talent between teachers college student and music education department student, the musical talent of teachers college student is considerably inferior to that of music education department student. 2. Though the optional motives of their majors are negative, the present circumstances are positive to become a good teacher. 3. As the students of music education department and teachers college, they have very positive and firm mission, and want to enter the teaching profession in public school. Teachers college students don't have a confidence in their own musical talent. 4. Most of them are satisfied at their major, and if they changed their major, they would select linguistics, arts etc.. 5. Most of them have a great self- confidence with their school, but they emphasize the importance of conversation with professors. 6. Most of them want to be a teacher or a professor after graduation. 7. On the opinion about the curriculum, all the student of music education department and teachers college want to have more lesson. In order to extend the efficiency of music class, they emphasize the necessity of sub-major with wide knowledge.
