청소년 정신분열증환자 어머니의 정신병리학적 특성에 관한 연구

Abstract

정신분열증의 발생론에 있어서 환자어머니의 특징적인 정신병리학적 상태가 정신분열증 발생에 있어 한 요소가 될 수 있다는 가설이 있다. 저자는 청소년정신분열증환자 어머니 77명과 정상대조군 82명을 대상으로 간이정신진단검사를 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 전체정신분열증환자 어머니군은 정상대조군에 비해 적대감이 가장 높았고 다음순으로 정신증, 우울, 불안의 순서로 높게 나타났다. 반면 정상대조군은 전체 정신분열증환자 어머니군에 비하여 신체화척도가 높았다. 2. 여성 정신분열증환자 어머니군은 남성 정신분열증환자 어머니군에 비해 적대감, 불안 및 편집증에서 유의하게 높았고 반면 남성정신분열증환자 어머니군은 여성 정신분열증환자 어머니군에 비하여 유의하게 높은 척도는 없었다. 3. 여성정신분열증환자 어머니군은 정상대조군에 비하여 적대감, 정신증, 불안, 우울과 공포불안의 순으로 높았다. 남성 정신분열증환자 어머니군은 정상대조군에 비하여 우울과 정신증에서 유의하게 높게 나타났다.;The object of this paper is to evaluate the relationship of the mothers' psychopathological characteristics with their children's schizophrenic morbidity. Psychopathological characteristics of the cases were measured by SCL-90-R. Above mentioned relationship was tested by the difference between the SCL-90-R scales of 77 cases of the mothers of the in-and out-patients of the National Seoul Mental Hospital and the SCI-90-R scales of normal control group. The results of the test are as follows; 1. Total schizophrenic mothers, as compared with the control, showed significantly higher scores on hostility, psychoticism, depression, and anxiety, On the contrary, the normal mothers showed higher score on somatization than the schizophrenic mothers group. 2. Female schizophrenic mothers showed higher scores on hostility, anxiety, and paranoic ideation than the male schizophrenic mothers group. 3. Female schizophrenic mothers showed higher scores on hostility, psychoticism, anxiety, depression and phobic-anxiety than the control group. However, male schizophrenic mothers showed significantly higher scores on depression and psychoticism than the control group.
