子女養育에서의 아버지 役割에 對한 男女 高等學生의 意識調査

Abstract

本 硏究는 장차 아버지, 어머니들이 될 男女 高等學生을 對象으로 하여 子女養育에서의 아버지 役割 內容을 어떻게 認識하고 있는가 하는 것을 調査하고자 하였으며 다음과 같은 硏究問題를 設定하였다. 1. 男女 高等學生들은 子女養育에서의 理想的인 아버지 役割을 어떻게 認識하고 있는가? 2. 男女 高等學生들은 子女의 性別에 따른 아버지 役割을 어떻게 認識하고 있는가? 3. 男女 高等學生들은 子女의 發達時期에 따른 아버지 役割을 어떻게 認識하고 있는가? 4. 男女 高等學生들은 子女의 發達領域別로 본 아버지의 役割을 어떻게 認識하고 있는가? 5. 男女 高等學生들이 認識하고 있는 兒童觀은 어떠한 것인가? 調査對象은 전주시, 이리시의 고등학교 2학년 학생 540명이었으며 統計 處理는 빈도와 백분율을 산출하고, 변인별 差異는 x²검증과 F-Test를 하였다. 資料分析 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 理想的인 아버지 役割에 對한 結果를 보면 子女養育은 父母가 똑같은 정도로 담당해야 한다는 견해가 높았으며 子女의 바른 性格形成을 돕는 것이 아버지의 바람직한 役割로 認識하고 있었다. 또한 子女와 對話를 자주 하시는 분이 좋은 아버지이며, 장차 子女養育 態度는 受容的 態度를 갖는 한편 訓育 態度로는 자애로우면서도 엄격한 아버지가 되겠다고 인식하고 있었다. 2. 子女에 對한 아버지의 關心 및 性格은 性別에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 즉 딸에게 있어서는 性格에 關心을 보였고, 아들인 경우는 價値觀에 關心을 나타내었으며, 期待되는 性格으로는 딸에게는 온순·명랑한 성격을, 아들인 경우에는 責任感 및 正直한 性格을 願하고 있었다. 그러나 놀이행동에 대해서는 性別에 따른 차이를 별로 두지 않았다. 3. 發達時期에 따른 아버지의 役割을 보면 婦人이 임신했을 때는 妊婦가 心理的으로 安定을 갖도록 도와주는 것이고, 出生 後 1년 반까지는 아기와 놀아주는 것이며, 3·4세까지는 기본습관을 形成하도록 도와주는 것으로 認識하고 있었다. 또한 유치원에서 국민학교 입학 전까지는 기본예절을 가르치는 것이고, 입학 후에는 自發的인 學業生活을 하도록 하는 것으로 認識하고 있었다. 4. 發達領域別로 본 아버지 役割에 對한 結果를 보면 子女들의 成就動機를 强化시키기 위해서는 家庭 雰圍氣를 開放的이고 民主的으로 해주는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 社會性 및 道德性 發達을 위해서는 또래집단과 어울리는 등 교우관계 지도를 하며 責任感을 길러 주는 것이 바람직한 性格形成을 돕는다고 認識하고 있었다. 5. 兒童觀에 대한 結果를 보면 父母됨의 動機는 子女를 養育하고 보호하며 애정을 나눌 수 있기 때문이다가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 그 다음으로 후손 남기는 것의 창의·성취감의 동기, 사회적 지위획득, 권위를 가질 수 있다의 順으로 나타났다. 理想的인 子女數는 2명으로 認識하고 있으며, 딸·아들에 대한 구분은 거의 하지 않고 있었다.;The purpose of this study was to investigate how male and female high school students, recognize the role of the father in bringing up children. The questionnaires about the many aspects of child rearing were distributed to male and female high school students. Data had been analyzed by the frequency and percentage, and the difference have been analyzed by chi-square method and the F-test. The results were as follows; 1. As a result of the ideal father's role, high school students thought that both parents should be responsible for bringing up children. It has been recognized that a father's desirable role is to help his children develop desirable characteristics. 2. The father's concerns about the character of his children depend on the sex of the child. That is, father is interested in personality factors for a daughter and the value system for a son. They want their sons to be responsible and honest, while daughters to be docile and cheerful. However, fathers do not differentiate between sexs in play situations. 3. The students thought that the father, as a husband of a pregnant wife, is to be helpful for her psychological security. In addition from birth to 18months, he is supposed to play with the baby, from 18months to 3-4years, to help the child learn basic customs, at the pre-school age, to help them learn basic etiquette, and at school age, to help them study by themselves. 4. Also the father should provide democratic and open minded home environment to encourage child's development. For the moral and social development, the recognized that it is important to guide high school students' peer relations. 5, Their motivation for being parents is first to bring up their children, to look after them, and to love them. Secondly, they want to carry on their family line, to have creativity accomplishments, acquisition of social status, and authority in order. As a rule, high school students want two children without considering child's sex.
