Abstract
本 硏究는 心理的 練習이 運動技能學習에 미치는 效果를 알아보기 위하여 여러가지 制限된 조건하에서 실시되었다. 피험자는 여자고등학교 2학년에 재학중인 女學生으로 본 연구에 지원한 60명으로 하였으며, 이들은 통제집만(G_(1)), 심리적연습집단(G_(2)) 신체적 연습집단 (G_(3)), 심리적+신체적 연습집단(G_(4)), 신체적+심리적 연습집단(G_(5))에 각각 12명씩 無選配置되었다. 피험자들은 30분간의 이론교육과 20분간의 시범을 보고 사전검사를 실시하였으며, 각각의 연습방법으로 4주간 15회의 연습을 실시한 후 사후검사를 실시하였다. 검사결과를 變量分析(ANOVA)과 t 검증, 최소유의차검정(Least significance difference test)을 이용하여 分析한 結果, 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다. 1. 心理的 練習은 양궁기능학습에 效果가 없었다. 2. 結合된 練習方法은 양궁기능학습에 身體的 練習과 同等한 效果가 있었다.(P<0.05). 3. 양궁기능학습에 관한 결합된 연습방법의 효과사이에는 유의한 차가 없었다.;This study was attempted to investigate the effect of mental practice on the motor skill learning. Sixty high school girls were used as subjects. Twelve of them were randomly assigned into five different Groups. The first group was treated as no practice, the second for mental practice, the third for physical practice, the fourth for mental an physical practice, the fifth for physical and mental practice. Each group continued the practice for four weeks, fifteen times and post- test was taken at the end of the four weeks. The results were as follows: 1. Mental practice had little effect while physical practice showed significant effect on achery skill learning. 2. Combined practice was as effective as physical practice in learning archery skills ( P < 0.05 )
