성역할 정체감과 대인관계의 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 오늘날 20대와 30대의 여성의 성역할 정체감과 대인관계 행동을 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구에서 밝히고자 하는 문제는 다음과 같다. 1. 20대와 30대 여성이 지각하고 있는 실제적 나의 영역에서 성역할 정체감의 유형은 어떠한가? 2. 20대와 30대 여성의 대인관계 행동은 어떠한가? 3. 20대와 30대 여성의 성역할 정체감의 유형에 따른 대인관계 행동은 어떠한가? 4. 20대와 30대 여성의 성역할 정체감의 지각에서 실제적 나와 사회적 나의 영역에서 성역할 정체감의 유형이 일치하는 집단과 불일치하는 집단의 대인관계 행동은 어떠한가? 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 서울에 거주하는 고졸이상의 학력을 가진 20대, 30대 여성 각각 43명, 총 86명을 대상으로 질문지 조사를 하였다. 성역할 정체감의 측정은 Bem Sex Role Inventory(B.S.R.I)를 사용하였다. 대인관계 검사는 김재은(1974)이 작성한 대인관계 진단척도를 사용하였다. 조사결과 수집된 자료에 대한 통계적 분석으로는 t검증, F검증 등의 방법이 사용되었다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 성역할 정체감 유형 분류 실제적 나의 영역에서 20대 여성은 양성형, 남성형, 미분화형, 여성형의 順으로 수가 많았다. 30대 여성은 양성형, 미분화형, 남성형, 여성형의 順으로 수가 많았다. 사회적 나의 영역에서 20대 여성은 미분화형, 여성형, 남성형의 順으로 수가 많았다. 30대 여성은 양성형, 미분화형, 남성형의 順으로 수가 많았다. 2. 대인관계 20대와 30대 여성 모두가 책임감-초정상적행동 차원에서 높은 점수를 나타냈다. 20대가 유순-의존적, 반항적-불신적, 공격적-가학대적행동 차원에서 더 강한 경향을 나타냈다. 30대는 협동적-과도인습적행동 차원에서 20대보다 더 높은 경향을 나타냈다. 3. 성역할 정체감의 유형에 따른 대인관계 20대 여성은 독재적-지배적행동 차원에서 남성형, 여성형, 양성형, 미분화형의 順으로 강한 경향을 보였다. 반항적-불신적 행동 차원에서는 미분화형, 양성형, 남성형, 여성형의 順으로 강한 경향을 보였다. 30대 여성에서는 독재적-지배적행동 차원에서 양성형, 남성형, 여성형, 미분화형의 順으로 강한 경향을 보였다. 책임감-초정상적행동 차원은 양성형, 여성형, 미분화형, 남성형의 順으로 높은 경향을 보였다. 협동적-과도인습적행동 차원에서는 양성형, 여성형, 미분화형, 남성형의 順으로 높은 경향을 보였다. 반항적-불신적행동 차원에서는 양성형, 여성형, 남성형, 미분화형 順으로 강한 경향을 보였다. 4. 성역할 정체감의 영역별 지각에서 일치, 불일치하는 집단의 대인관계 20대 여성에서는 독재적-지배적, 협동적-과도인습적행동 차원에서 일치하는 집단이 강한 경향을 보였다. 자기말살-피학대적행동 차원에서는 불일치 집단이 더 강한 경향을 나타냈다. 30대 여성은 협동적-과도인습적행동 차원에서 일치집단이 더 높은 경향을 보였다. 자기말살-피학대적, 반항적-불신적행동 차원에서 불일치 집단이 더 강한 경향을 보였다. 성역할 정체감의 영역별 지각에서 20대 여성이 30대 여성보다 더 높은 불일치를 나타냈다.;The purpose of this study is to investigate sex-role identity and interpersonal relationship of modern women of twenties and thirties. The following are the questions to be cleared in this study 1. What kinds of sex-role identies are there which women of twenties and thirties perceive in the spheres of "real self" and "social self"? 2. How are their interpersonal relationship? 3. How are their interpersonal relationship under each kind of sex-role identities ? 4. Are there any visible differences in the interpersonal relationship of each group which has the same sex role identity in both spheres of "real self" and "social self" and which doesn't? For this purpose, 43 women of twenties, 43 women of thirties, 86 in total, living in Seoul, were asked to answer the questionaire whose educational backgrounds were better than or same as high school graduation. Bem's B.S.R.I. (Bem Sex Role Inventory) was adopted for the measurement of sex role identity and Kim Jae Eun's the criteria in Diagnosing Interpersonal Relationship for the test of inter-personal relationship. F-test and t-test were used for the statistical analysis of data collected from the test. The results of the study are as follow. 1. Grouping of sex role identies. The most of women of twenties were classified into androgyny group in the sphere of "real self". Masculinity, undifferentiated and femininity trait followed after that in numbers In the subjects of women of thirties, androgyny trait undifferentiated, masculinity and femininity trait respectively. The most of women of twenties were classified into undifferentiated group in the sphere of "social self." Femininity, masculinity and androgyny trait followed after that in numbers. In the subjects of women of thirties, androgyny, undifferentiated, femininity and masculinity trait respectively. 2. Interpersonal relationship. Women of both twenties and thirties represented the highest score in the dimension of responsible-hypernomal behavior. Women of twenties represented higher score than women of thirties in the dimensions of docile-dependent, rebellious- distrustful, agressive-sadistic behavior. Women of thirties represented higher score than women of twenties in the dimension of cooperative-overconventional behavior. 3. Interpersonal relationship under each kind of sex role identities. Women of twenties gave the highest score to the masculinity trait in the dimension of managerial-autocratic behavior. Femininity, androgyny and undifferentiated trait followed after that in the score. They gave the highest score to the undifferentiated trait in the dimension of rebellious-distrustful behavior. Androgyny, masculinity and femininity trait followed after that in the score. Women of thirties gave the highest score to the androgyny trait in the dimension of managerial-autocratic behavior. Masculinity, femininity and undifferentiated trait ,followed after that in the score. They gave the highest score to the androgyny trait in the dimensions of responsible-hypernomal, cooperative-overconventional behavior. Femininity, undifferentiated and masculinity trait followed after that in the score. And in the dimension of rebellious-distrustful behavior, they gave the highest score to the androgyny trait. Femininity, masculinity and undifferentiated trait followed after that in the score. 4. Interpersonal relationship of each group which has the same sex role identity in both spheres and which doesn't. In the subjects of women of twenties, the group which has the same sex role identity in both spheres had higher score in the dimensions of managerial-autocratic and cooperative- overconventional behavior. Another group which doesn't had higher score in the dimension of self effacing-masochistic behavior. In the subjects of women of thirties, the group which has the same, sex-role identity in both spheres had higher score in the dimension of cooperative-overconventional behavior. Another group which doesn't had higher score in the dimensions of self effacing-masochistic and rebellious-distrustful behavior. As a whole, women of twenties represented more discrepancy than women of thirties in the perception of sex role identity in both spheres.
