Abstract
Dancer should use his body appropriately, should understand the mechanisms of body when teaching and training related to dance, and should utilize the function of body maximally. Following these rules, the development of technique in dance shall become more efficient and rational. It is by good posture that maximum movement and alignment can be maintained at the cost of minimum energy. For the maintenance of good posture, pull up is needed which is formed by a contraction and release of muscle including the very important role of trunk. The main objective of this article is to investigate the action of mainly acting muscle at the time of pull up. For a performance of this objective, M. Rectus Abdominis, M. Erector Spinae, M. Gluteus Maximus and M. Adductor Magnus of Sampling persons composed of three skilled dancers and three beginners are measured and analysed by E.M.G. Results of this survey are as follows. 1. When standing on one leg and jumping which influences on M. Gluteus Maximus, the forms and sizes of amplitude were contrary each other between skilled dancers and begineers. While amplitude of skilled dancers became larger and regular at balancing, on the contrary that of beginners became smaller and irregular. 2. In the both movements of beginners were more dependent upon M. Erector Spinae khan upon M, Rectus Abdominis. 3. In both movements the influences of M. Gluteus Maximus and M. Adductor Magnus were specially large. 4. M. Adductor Magnus acted mainly when supporting leg and jumping, but hardly acted for beinners. 5. In both movements amplitudes of skilled dancers were found more large and constant than beginners. 6. In jumping of skilled dancers, both sizes of amplitude were almost same and constant, and became larger in air. But in the case of beginners, those were different at each stage and were found no stability of movements. In summary, only when M. Gluteus and M. Rectus Abdominis are used and trained appropriately, M. Erector Spinae and M. Adductor Magnus can be developed, and then the effect of pull up for the alignment of body can be expected.;舞踊手는 身體를 適切히 使用하고 指導나 訓練에 있어서 舞踊과 關聯된 身體의 메카니즘(Mechanism)을 理解하고 身體의 機能을 最大限으로 利用하면 보다 效率的이며 合理論인 技術向上을 가져올 것이다. 좋은 姿勢는 最少의 에너지로 最大의 動作과 定列을 維持하는 것이다. 좋은 姿勢의 維持를 위한 Pull up은 筋肉의 收縮과 弛緩의 作用으로 特히 몸통(Tnulk)의 役割은 重要하다. 따라서 本 硏究는 Pull up時 主로 作用하는 筋肉을 把握하고자 熟練者 3名과 初心者 3名을 對象으로하여 腹直筋·脊柱起立筋·大臀筋·大內轉筋의 E. M. G를 分析한 結果 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다. 1. 한발로 서기와 제자리 뛰기에서 크게 作用하는 大臀筋에 있어서는 熟練者와 初心者의 放電量과 形態과 相反되게 나타났다. Pull up 狀態에서 均衡維持를 할때 熟練者는 放電量이 커지고 規則的인데 比해서 初心者는 작아지고 不規則的이었으며, 제자리뛰기에서도 熟練者는 準備動作과 着地動作에서는 비슷하며 空中에서 더욱 커졌으나 初心者는 不規則的이때 弱하게 나타났다. 2. 두가지動作 모두 初心者는 腹直筋보다 脊柱起立筋의 依存度가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 3. 두가지動作에서 Pull up狀態에 특히 大臀筋과 大內轉筋이 크게 作用하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 4. 熟練者에 있어서는 支持하거나(Supporting leg) 空中에서 다리를 伸展했을때 大內轉筋이 主로 作用하고 있었으나 初心者에 있어서는 거의 作用하지 아니했다. 5. 熟練者는 두 動作에서 모두 主動作을 取했을 해 放電量이 더욱 크고 一定하게 나타났다. 6. 제자리뛰기에서 熟練者는Pull up에 의해 準備動作과 着地動作 때에 放電量의 크기가 비슷하고 一定하머 空中에서 더욱 커졌으나 初心者는 段階마다 不規則하고 動作의 安定度가 낮게 나타났다. 以上을 綜合하여 보면 大臀筋과 腹直筋의 適切한 使用과 訓練이 있을때 脊柱起立筋과 大內轉筋의 發達도 가져올 수있으며 身體의 定列을 취한 Pull up 效果를 期待할 令 있을 것으로 思料된다.
