일탈의 형상화를 통한 패턴 디자인 연구 : 여성용 가죽 가방을 중심으로

Abstract

Our modern society is changing the point from social to personal through the quick process of industrial development. As this changing the positions of women are getting higher and their desire about self-expression more various. These are found in our life as fashion, food, housing, and especially the part of fashion is the most important way to express themselves. But we find limited patterns without regard to relationship, occupations, ages in the middle of fashion. So I were being interested in female bags and try to design that can be expressed career women s insides. Art is a complex creation from real elements. This means art is expressed from the sensitive analyzing social realities and experiences. Lots of artists have studied those kinds of expression. The cultural discord and the expression is increasing with social progress. Our contemporaries are longing to get out of the causes of harmful environment and mental. And it brought effects various in cultural tastes. It goes that even our unconscious expressions hold meaningful forms. I m going to study and research in Patterns focused on expression out of inside discord that we are able to find on abstract art. And I m going to do in a material of the Leather which had not handle much, too. Before my analyses I need staring at the theme of discord structures in modern society. The history of the Leather as a material is starting with human being. It has been changing from raw hides to artificial leathers that chemically produced. But it has been introduced only for industrial studying, not much about its specificities, properties and special characters compared with the fiber and textile goods. I researched the differences in chemical characters and manufacturing process from the fiber and textile goods for informing many researchers it. In this thesis I try to solve the specificities and understanding the terms about the Leathers for becoming a fresh research. I also study on this material s characters and dyeing. Using merits and advantages of leathers I make the dyed ties patterns which means another images of deviation by computer and it is able to apply to manufactured goods. And that can not only solve our desires of deviation but also show us possibilities applications other manufactured goods using leathers. ; 현대 사회는 빠른 산업의 발달의 과정을 거치면서 사회 중심적인 개념에서 개인중심적인 개념으로 변화되는 경향을 띠고 있다, 이러한 사회적 흐름과 함께 여성의 사회적 위치도 점점 중요해지고, 그 역할 역시 다양해지고 있다. 이러한 개인중심적인 성향으로 인해 자신을 표현하고자 하는 욕구 또한 강해졌으며 이런 다양한 표현의 변화는 의, 식, 주생활 전반을 통해 나타나고 있으며 그 중 의생활부분은 가장 사회와 밀접하게 자신을 표현할 수 있는 수단이 되어 왔다. 그러나 다양한 의생활 중에서 장신구인 가방류에 있어 직업, 연령 등에 상관없이 무차별적이고 한정적인 패턴들로 그 한계성을 나타내고 있다. 본 연구자는 사회활동을 하는 여성용 가방류에 관심을 가지고 그들의 심리를 표현할 수 있는 디자인을 연구하고자 하였다. 예술은 많은 현실적 요인의 복합적 주조물이다. 이것은 예술의 표현이 사회적 현실과 경험에 대한 감정적인 해석의 분석으로 표현되는 것임을 의미하며 많은 작가들이 그러한 표현을 연구해 왔다. 현대 사회는 산업의 발달과정을 통해 갈등의 구조가 복잡해졌으며, 이러한 갈등해소의 도구로서 문화적 표현이 대변되기도 하며 그 방법 역시 다양해지고 있다. 복합적이고 빠른 사회의 변화로 갈등도 커졌으며, 이 갈등의 환경적인 요인과 심리적인 요인, 그리고 그밖에 많은 상황으로부터 탈피하고 싶은 충동이 강해졌으며, 이러한 갈등의 구조 속에서 벗어나 자아를 찾고자 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 첫 번째로 현대 여성의 사회적 위치와 그 상황들을 살펴보고, 패턴의 모티브중 이야기 전개의 모티브를 이용하여 비교적 내면이 잘 표현되고 있는 앵포르멜미술을 중심으로 작품을 살펴보았다. 두 번째로 가방의 종류와 기능을 이해하고, 패턴이 다양하지 못한 피혁류 가방의 특성에 대해 알아보았다. 세 번째로 작품연구에 있어서 섬유와 피혁 염색의 차이를 실험을 통해 관찰하고, 제품이용에 용이하며 본 연구에 적합한 표현기법인 프린트를 이용한 실험을 토대로 하였다. 네 번째로 이러한 과정을 거쳐 현대인의 갈등의 심리를 표현하는 모티브를 컴퓨터를 이용한 이미지로 활용하여 프린트를 통해 표현하였다. 다섯 번째로 이 이미지 패턴을 1차 컴퓨터를 이용한 시뮬레이션 작업으로 디자인의 가능성을 살펴 피혁류 소재에 프린트하고 현대 여성의 가방으로 접목하여 살펴보고 실물작업을 제작하였다. 이 과정을 통해 그동안 표현의 대상이 외형적인 디자인에만 의존했던 여성용 피혁류 가방에 다양한 패턴디자인이 적용되므로 활동적인 여성의 장식적 기능을 부여하였다.
