기억속의 형상을 이용한 감성표현 연구 : 선을 주요 소재로 사용해서

Abstract

예술작품은 작가 자신의 생각이나 경험, 기억등을 반영해서 표현되는것으로 그들 나름대로의 형식으로 2차원, 3차원의 공간에 새로운 이미지를 부여하고 있다. 인간은 감각 기관을 통해 외부세계를 받아들이게 되고 어떤 체계적인 과정을 통하여 외부로 다시 표출되는 과정을 경험한다. 이러한 과정을 통해 시각적 이미지를 객관화하고 형상화하여 감상자에게 전달되어공감을 불러일으킨다. 예술의 독창성은 자기의 삶이 투영되는 것이기에 단순히 자체만을 표현하는것이 아닌 작가 자신의 내부에서 자각되어진 그의 삶이 창작의 중요한 요소가 된다. 이에 본연구는 본인의 내면표현을 주제로 전개해 나갈것이다. 따라서 본연구는 예술의 한 분야인 일러스트레이션의 표현으로 그림을 그리는데 있어서 본인의 경험속에서 형성된 기억들을 회상하여 나 속에 잠재되어 있는 감성을 선이라는 조형적요소와 연결시켜 표현하고자 하였다. 사람들은 어떤 경험속에서 생활하고 기억속으로 잊혀져 간다. 하지만 자신의 수많은 기억속에서 어떤 계기가 되었거나 감동을 받은 내용들은 어렴풋이나마 잠재속에 남아있다. 본연구자는 이러한 기억들을 회상하여 그때마다 느꼈던 형체나, 색깔, 상황을 통해 형성된 감성의 이미지를 표현하고자 했다. 따라서 본 논문은 다음과 같이 구성해서 고찰해 보았다. II장에서는 이론적 고찰로써 선의 의미와 형태, 공간적특성에 대해 살펴보고 이 논문의 소재인 기억과 감성, 그에 따르는 표현의 의미와 내용, 방법등을 살펴보았다. III장에서는 여러 미술사조 작가들의 선적인 형상을 이용한 감성 표현의 사례를 살펴 보았다. IV장에서는 이론적 바탕을 토대로 만들어진 작품의 제작의도와 제작 과정에 대한 설명을 언급하였다. 기억에 의한 감성표현을 중심으로 작품이 전개될것이며 본인의 감정이 시각적으로 표현되는 과정을 살펴봄으로써 사람들에게 작품에 대한 공감을 얻고자 한다. 더불어 선이라는 매체를 사용해 나만의 감성 표현 연구에 방법을 찾고자 하였다. 이러한 연구를 통하여‘자기표현’의 방법을 모색하는 계기가 되고자 시도하는 첫단계로 좀더 발전된 표현으로 전개되었으면 하는 바램이다. ; A work of art expresses the artist s thinking, experience and memory through reflexion, and it grants new images upon the two-and three-dimensional spaces in its own way. Man perceives the outer world through sensory organs and experiences a process of exposing the inner part to the outside again through a certain systematic process. Through this process, he objectifies, formalizes visual images, which reach to the appreciator to envoke a sympathy. Since the originality of art reflects the artist s life and doesn t simply represents reality that the life of an artist perceived inside becomes an important element of creation. The author of this study tried to get some illustrational expressions by recalling memories accumulated with her own experiences and connecting the sensitivity latent in her to one formative factor, the line. People live in certain experiences and disappear in memory. But among infinite memories, some memorable, impressive details remain in the subconciousness, through vague. The author of this study tried to express the images of sensitivity formed through shapes, colors and situations in her memory. Therefore, this study was composed of investigations as follows: In the 2nd chapter, the meaning and shapes of line and spatial characteristics are investigated, and also man s memory and sensitivity, the subject matter of this study, the meaning, substance and ways of expression following them are discussed as a theoretical background. In the 3rd chapter, cases of expression of the sensitivity with the line by many artists in various artistic streams are looked at. In the 4th chapter, the purpose and process of making actual works based on this theoretical background are explained. Centering on the expressions of sensitivity by memory, works were developed by the author of this study who wanted to attain people s sympathy to her works by investigating the process of visualizing her own feelings. Furthermore, the author tried to find out proper ways of expressing her own sensitivity by making use of the line.
