국어과 교육에서의 인터넷 매체 활용 방안 연구 : 중학교 1학년 문학단원을 중심으로

Abstract

Today we live in a society - an information society where everyday floods of knowledge are given. In an information society, the capability to analyze and collect related data is an important factor. Also, the internet that enables the extending and searching role of such data has become part of a culture in our lives. This type of change in our culture is also bringing a change in the Korean language teaching educational system. In this 21c information society, the old fashioned way of teaching can no longer adapt to the sudden changes. If the culture of studying students changes, so should the teaching method. The educational use of internet at schools is one example of changing teaching methods. This study is aimed at finding out what kind of outcome using internet as a teaching method will brings and its relationship with Korean language education. In addition, by trying out a surveyed internet using teaching method at local schools, and analysing its effect on students and their reactions, the reality of internet using classes and the students opinions will be revealed. reference, internet sites... etc, the use of internet media and lessons are planned out systematically. Also by sorting out the relationship between the seventh education course and internet media, the evidence needed for internet media using classes is presented, and finding the sources that back up the use of internet media along with the changing status in the Korean language field. First, with the commentary of the education course and other sources, the relationship between the internet media, 7th education course, and the Korean Language education was considered and furthermore, through surveys whether the teachers used the internet media in actuality was examined, as well as the analysing process. In the third chapter, the teaching-learning module by using the internet media solutions is introduced, presenting teaching solutions that are applicable in actual school classes. Also, the work of acting out such solutions in school classes was achieved. In the fourth chapter, with the results of the presented solutions by surveying students, the potential of using the proposed solutions were explored and their problems were closely examined. There has many books and thesis papers on the concept of using internet in classes and research on improving class data by using the internet. But there hasn t been a lot of study on what the opinions of teachers and students are about the utilization of such concepts. With a view that a concept must be experimented and its effects verified, in some degree, this study has demonstrated usefulness. The importance of using internet in class lies in the fact that the internet media itself should not be thought as the main goal. It is not the expansion of internet usage in classes that matters but using internet as a tool effectively to achieve a certain goal during class.; 현재 우리가 살고 있는 사회는 하루하루 많은 양의 지식이 쏟아져 나오고 있는 정보화 사회이다. 이러한 지식 정보화 사회에서는 수많은 정보를 수집·분석하고 자신에게 필요한 내용만을 얻어낼 수 있는 능력이 중시된다. 또한 이러한 수많은 정보를 검색하고 걸러내는 역할을 하는 인터넷은 최근 들어 우리의 생활 깊숙이 하나의 문화로 자리잡아 가고 있다. 이러한 문화의 변화는 국어교육에 있어서의 교수방법의 변화를 가져오고 있다. 21세기 정보화 사회에서는 전통적인 학습 방법으로는 급변하는 시대흐름을 따를 수는 없다. 배우는 학생들의 문화가 변하고 있다면 일정한 내용을 가르치는 교사들의 방법 또한 변화해야 하고 학교 현장에서의 교수 방법의 변화의 한가지로 인터넷의 교육적 활용을 들 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 교수-학습에 있어서 인터넷 매체 활용이 가지는 의미를 짚어보고 국어교육과의 관계를 다시 한번 생각해 보는 것에 목적이 있다. 또한 현장 교사들의 인터넷 활용수업에 대한 실태조사를 바탕으로 직접 제작한 인터넷활용을 위한 지도안을 학교 현장에서 적용시켜 보고 그에 대한 학생들의 반응과 효과를 조사 분석해 인터넷 활용 수업의 실태와 학생들의 인터넷 활용수업에 대한 생각을 알아보고자 한다. II장에서는 이론서와 참고문헌, 인터넷 사이트 등을 분석하고 정리함으로써 이를 통해 인터넷 매체활용과 수업에 대해 체계적으로 정리하였다. 또 제7차 교육과정과 인터넷 매체와의 관계를 정리함으로써 인터넷 매체를 활용한 수업이 필요한 근거를 제시하고 국어과 영역의 변화에 따른 인터넷 체활용을 뒷받침할 근거를 찾고자 하였다. 먼저 교육과정 해설서와 다른 문헌들을 통해 인터넷 매체와 제7차 교육과정, 국어교과교육과의 관계를 생각해 보고 설문조사를 통해 교사들의 인터넷 매체활용 실태에 대해 조사, 분석하는 과정을 거쳤다. III장에서는 먼저 인터넷 매체 활용에 있어서 교수-학습 모형을 제시하고 그에 맞춰 인터넷 매체를 활용해 학교 현장에서 쓰일 수 있는 지도방안을 고안해 보았다. 덧붙여 고안한 지도방안을 직접 학교 수업에 적용해 보는 작업까지 진행하였다. IV장에서는 적용한 지도방안에 따른 수업 결과를 학생들의 설문조사를 통해 살펴보고 지도방안 활용 가능성을 타진해 보고 문제점들을 살펴 보았다. 그동안 여러 이론서와 논문들이 인터넷을 활용한 수업에 대한 개념과 이론에 대하여 다루어왔고 또 인터넷을 활용한 수업자료 개발에 대해 어느 정도 연구가 되어 왔었으나 실제 그러한 이론들을 현장에서 얼마나 사용하고 있는가에 대한 교사들의 실태를 파악하고 학생들의 생각을 분석한 것은 미비하다고 할 수 있다. 어느 하나의 이론이 나왔을 때 그것의 실태를 파악하고 효과를 검증하는 단계는 반드시 필요하다는 관점에서 본 연구는 어느 정도 효용성이 있는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 인터넷 매체를 활용한 수업에 있어서 가장 중요한 것은 인터넷 매체 그 자체가 목적이 되어서는 안된다는 것이다. 인터넷이 수업에 있어 차지하는 양적인 비중에 있는 것이 아니라, 그 수업이 지향하는 목표를 달성하는데 하나의 수단으로 얼마나 효과적인 역할을 담당하느냐에 있다.
