Ludwig van Beethoven cello sonata, op.102, no.1에 대한 연구

Abstract

본 논문은 석사 과정 이수를 위한 졸업 연주곡인 베토벤 첼로 소나타 중 후기 작품에 속하는 op.102, No.1 을 연구 분석한 것이다. 베토벤은 1796년부터 1815년까지 다섯 개의 첼로 소나타를 작곡하였다. 후기 작품으로 두 개의 소나타가 있는데 op. 102, No.1 과 No.2 가 그것이다. 본 논문에서 분석할 첼로 소나타 op.102, No.1 은 두 악장으로 구성되어 있으며 조성을 살펴보면 1악장은 C 장조 - a 단조 , 2악장은 C 장조이다. 1악장은 소나타 형식으로 느린 서주부와 제시부, 발전부, 재현부로 구성되어 있으며, 2악장은 서주가 있는 론도 형식으로 되어있다. 특히 이 작품은 주제나 그 구조에 있어 두 악장이 유기적인 관련성을 지니고 있기 때문에 각 악장이 분리되어 있음에도 불구하고 단일 악장으로 여겨질 수 있다. 그러므로 이전의 소나타와는 달리 자유로운 형식과 원숙한 기법을 바탕으로 새로운 전통을 확립한 동시에 고전적 형식으로부터 탈피를 보여 줌으로써 낭만주의로의 길을 마련했다는데 큰 의의가 있다. ; This thesis analyzes Ludwig van Beethoven Cello Sonata op.102, No.1, which was one of the three pieces presented at the graduate recital. The study includes a brief description of historical background through a literature cited, and it analyzes the content and structure of each movement. Beethoven composed five cello sonatas between 1796 and 1815. Sonata op.102, No.1 was composed in the period of the latter period, so naturally convey many characteristics of the latter Beethoven works. This sonata is made up of five parts and divided into two movements. The first movement is composed of sonata form with slow introduction, and the second movement is rondo form with introduction. Though this sonatas first and second movements are Sonata and Rondo respectively, they have a close thematic relation ship and thus may be seen as a single movement. This piece differs with the early and middle cello sonata in respect of style and contents. Also at the same time this sonata has freely taken them and show a sense of escape from Classicism. Finally it has a strong influence on the emerging trend called Romanticism.
