Carl Reinecke의 flute sonata Op.167 "undine"에 대한 연구분석

Abstract

본 논문은 석사과정 이수를 위한 졸업연주회에서 연주하였던 작품들 중에서 Carl Reincke(l824-1910)의 Flute Sonata Op.167“Undine"를 연구 분석한 것으로 특징을 요약하면 다음과 같다. Carl Reinecke의 Flute Sonata Op.l67 “Undine"는 4악장으로 구성되어 있다. 제1악장은 소나타형식, 제2악장은 제2론도 형식, 제3·4악장은 복합 3부 형식으로 각 악장의 중심 조성은 e단조, b단조, G장조,e단조이며, 각각 딸림조와 나란한 장조, 즉 관계조로 움직인다. 각 악장에서 제시되는 주제선율과 동기들은 리듬과 음정구조에 있어 밀접한 관계를 가지며 다른 악장에서도 사용되고, 동형진행, 모방, 음정 및리듬변형 등의 방법으로 발전된다. 화성적인 특징으로는 Dominant 9thChord의 사용과 긴 지속음을 배경으로 한 반음계적 진행, 잦은 전조,그리고 이명동음을 통한 급격한 조성의 이동과 원조로의 회귀등이 있다. 이러한 화성적 특징들은 조성의 개념을 확장시키고 낭만주의 음악의 풍부하고 독특한 음향을 위해 쓰여졌다. 본 논문은 Carl Reinecke의 Flute Sonata Op.167 “Undine"를 형식,주제, 화성 및 대위적 기법 등에 관하여 분석함으로써 올바른 악곡해석과 연주에 도움이 되고자 한다. ; This thesis is on one of the pieces I played for the graduate, recital, for which was Carl Reinecke s (1824-1910) Flute Sonata Op.167 "Undine". The following is a summary of the characteristics of this piece. Carl Reinecke s Flute Sonata Op.167 "Undine" is made up of 4 movements. The 1st movement is a sonata form, the 2nd movement is a 2nd rondo form, and the 3rd and 4th movements are compound three part forms. Each movement s main formation key is e minor, b minor, G Major, and e minor. Each shows movement towards dominant and relative key. The theme melody and motive that is presented in each movement is closely related to the rhythm and tone structure, and is used in other movements as well. It also develops by sequence, imitation, tone and rhythm modification. The harmonical characteristics are the use of dominant 9th chord, the chromatic progression with long-lasting notes, frequent modulation, fast movement from key to key enharmonic notes, and retrograde to the original key. These characteristics were used to strengthen the concept of the key and also for the deep and rich sound which is characteristic of the Romanticism age. This thesis has analysed Carl Reinecke s Flute Sonata Op.167 "Undine" according to form, theme, melody, counterpoint, and hope it will help in playing and understanding the piece.
