초등 미술교과 멀티미디어 교수-학습자료의 활용 : 5학년 판화수업을 중심으로

Abstract

미술교육에 있어서 ICT(Information & Communication Technology)활용 교육은 21세기 지식 정보화사회의 학교수업에서 필수적 요소이다. 현재 시행되고 있는 제7차교육과정에서 모든 교과에 정보 통신 기술 활용 교육이 10%이상 반영되도록 하는 내용이 발표되면서 ICT활용교육은 더욱 활성화를 띄게 되었으며 미적 체험 , 표현 , 감상 영역에 대한 다각적인 매체를 통한 시각적 정보가 요구되는 현 미술교육에서 소리, 동영상, 애니메이션, 모듈 등의 다양한 유형으로 개발된 멀티미디어 교육 자료의 활용을 통한 교육방법은 학생들의 학습동기 유발과 학습효과를 극대화시킬 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 ICT활용 교육의 이론적 배경과 제7차교육과정 미술과 에서 제시한 필요성에 따라 교육인적자원부 산하 한국 교육학술정보원에서 주관하는 에듀넷의 멀티미디어 학습자료를 활용하여 초등학교 5학년 판화수업에 적용하였을 때 그 효과가 기존의 미술교육의 운영에 비해 보다 유연한 교사의 지도와 학생들의 효율적 학습을 전개해 나갈 수 있는가 하는 점을 일반수업과 비교 검증하여보았다. 그 결과 멀티미디어 교수-학습자료를 활용한 수업이 학습자의 자기주도적 표현능력, 동기유발, 흥미도, 재료 및 제작 전체 과정에 대한 이해면 에서 일반수업의 경우보다 월등히 효과적이라는 결론을 내릴 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구를 통하여 초등학교 미술수업에서 멀티미디어 교수-학습자료의 활용 효과와 필요성을 입증하였다. 앞으로 ICT활용 멀티미디어 학습자료가 초·중등 미술과 에서 다양한 분야의 활동에 적극적으로 활용되어야할 것이다. 아무쪼록 이 연구가 ICT활용 교육에 있어서 실질적인 도움을 줄 수 있는 유용한 자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.; Practical use of ICT(Information & Communication Technology) is regarded as a requisite in today s art education and its actual lessons, which follows after the information-knowledge-oriented society in this 21st century. The 7th educational program that is executed at present is reflecting the telecommunication technologies over 10%. Since it is pronounced that the above provision would be put into practice, the educational method using ICT has became activated. The educational method that makes use of multi-media and its teaching materials, such as sound, image, animation, and module, in the area of art education demanding visual information through multilateral media such as esthetic experiences , expression , appreciation , not only enabled students to be induced to learn but also maximized learning efficiency. According to the necessity of theoretical background of the visual education using ICT and the needs required by the 7th educational program and art subject, this study made use of EduNet s multimedia teaching materials that is superintended by Korea Education & Research Information Service under Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development, compared ordinary art educational ways with these methods using multi-media, and examined how this multi-media-using teaching-learning methods have effects on the woodcut lessons of the 5th grade students as well as teachers convenience in elementary schools The study result was that the multi-media-using teaching-learning method definitely had more effects on learners understanding expressing ability , motivation , interest degrees , and the whole process of making materials or other works than ordinary educational method that doesn t use multi-media. After all, this study proved that this multi-media-using teaching-learning method is actually effective in the area of art education, particularly for the art lessons of elementary schools. Therefore, this ICT multi-media teaching-learning materials would be made the most of in the art educational lessons of elementary and middle schools. In conclusion, it is expected that this study would give a practical help for the art educational program that uses ICT.
