시소러스를 이용한 비서지식의 검색모형에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 비서직의 지식을 대상으로 지식을 효율적으로 공유하기 위해 비서지식 시소러스를 구축하고 이 시소러스를 이용하는 지식의 저장 및 검색 모형을 설계하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 비서지식 시소러스는 동의관계와 계층·연관관계를 정의해 줌으로써 다의성을 갖는 용어를 통제하고, 용어간 의미관계를 표현한다. 지식관리시스템에서 비서지식 시소러스의 기능으로는, 첫째, 비서지식의 요소를 체계적으로 정의하고 분류함으로써 지식의 획득과 추출을 용이하게 하는 주제안내 역할을 한다. 둘째, 사용자는 용어들의 관계를 이용하여 대략적인 의미의 개념에서 구체적인 의미의 시소러스 개념들을 직접 참조할 수 있고 선별적인 주제에 접근할 수 있는 주제탐색의 기능을 한다. 셋째, 저장·검색과정에서 시소러스 용어로 색인하고 검색함으로써 색인어와 사용자의 표현을 일치시키는 용어통제의 기능을 한다. 비서지식관리시스템에서 위와 같은 시소러스의 기능을 이용하는 지식저장프로세스, 지식검색프로세스, 데이터베이스, 사용자 인터페이스를 설계하였다. 본 논문은 비서지식 시소러스의 구축으로 비서지식의 관리를 위한 주제색인체계를 개발하였고, 지식관리를 위해 시소러스를 도입하였다는 데에 의의가 있다. 이는 지식관리 시스템의 궁극적인 목적인 지식공유를 보다 효과적으로 지원하는 도구가 될 것이다. ; The purpose of this study is to design the thesaurus-based knowledge retrieval model in the KMS(Knowledge Management System) for A.A.(Administrative Assistants) and to build thesaurus for this model. AA Knowledge Thesaurus created here is designed to control the synonym and show the relations between terms by using the equivalence relationship, the hierarchical relationship and associative relationship between concepts. The functions of AA Knowledge Thesaurus in this knowledge retrieval model are like these; First, thesaurus allows users to get knowledge easier because thesaurus itself defines and classifies knowledge elements of A.A. Secondly, thesaurus also provides semantic relevance among the terms on which users can browse subjects which they really want through thesaurus browser. Thirdly, documents are supposed to be indexed by descriptor of thesaurus and users search knowledge by using them, which minimize the possibility of retrieving unnecessary knowledge and leaving out necessary knowledge. The storage and retrieval process, the database and the thesaurus browser are designed to fulfill the above-mentioned three functions. This paper shows the thesaurus for subject indexing of knowledge for A.A. has been built, and it is used for knowledge retrieval unprecedentedly. With the results, it is to enhance the retrieval effectiveness. Hopefully, this study will be used to implement KMS that can manage knowledge of A.A. effectively.
