전자상거래 교육시스템의 설계 및 구현

Abstract

오늘날 컴퓨터와 네트워크의 발달에 따른 인터넷이용의 급격한 증가는 가히 혁명적이라 할만큼 우리들의 모든 생활 방식을 변화시키고 있다. 이런 변화 중에 일상생활에서 이루어지는 상거래가 과거의 전통적 방식의 상거래에서 인터넷을 이용한 전자상거래가 점점 늘어나고 있다. 전자상거래가 새로운 경제활동으로 부각됨에 따라 기업이나 소비자에게 적지 않은 영향을 미치고 있으며 기존의 상거래환경의 물리적 시간적, 공간적 제약을 탈피할 수 있다는 점에서 일반인들의 소호(SOHO)창업까지 가능하게 하고 있다[7]. 이러한 흐름에 발맞추어 일반인들의 전자상거래를 학습하고자 하는 요구가 생겨나고 그에 관한 교육이 필요하게 되었다. 따라서 여러 가지 전자상거래를 위한 교육적 여건이 조성되었다. 전자상거래관리사라는 새로운 자격증이 생겨나고 웹 상에서의 사이버교육기관들이 전자상거래에 관한 여러 가지 교육용 프로그램들을 운영하여 그들의 요구를 충족하려 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 시행되고 있는 전자상거래교육을 살펴보고 소비자와 관리자를 위한 실습중심의 교육시스템을 통하여 보다 효과적인 전자상거래를 교육하기 위한 시스템을 구성하고자 하였다. 학습자가 본 논문의 전자상거래 교육용시스템에서 전자상거래에 관한 일반적인 이론을 학습함은 물론 실제 전자상거래가 이루어지는 과정과 결과를 실습할 수 있으며 전자상거래관리자가 되어 쇼핑몰에 관련된 여러 가지 사항을 관리하고 운영할 수 있어 전자상거래에 관한 전반적인 흐름을 이해할 수 있는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하고자 한다. ; The rapid increase of internet users, which is social issue due to high speed computer network, happen to change tremendously all the ways of our lives. Electronic commerce through internet has been increased gradually in comparison with traditional commerce. As it is raised as a new economic activity, it has influenced enterprises and consumers a great deal. From the point of view that it can outgrow limitation in time and space of existing commerce surroundings, it enables the general public to start SOHO. Acting in concert with this tendency, they want to learn electronic commerce and need the education about it. Many kinds of educational conditions for electronic commerce has been made up because of this necessity. As the new certificate, Electronic Commerce Consultant, has appeared, cyber educational institutions in web try to satisfy the needs by managing educational programs about electronic commerce. The purpose of this research was to look into the education of electronic commerce being carried out nowadays. And I tried to constitute the system for the education-for customer and EC consultant-of electronic commerce more effectively. Practical users can learn general theories on electronic commerce in Educational Electronic Commerce System. And they can practice processes and results of electronic commerce, and as a Electronic Commerce Consultant they can manage and run several items. Because learners can understand the whole flow of Electronic Commerce System through the Educational Electronic Commerce System which is realized in this thesis.
