dc.description.abstractCLAWPACK은 에너지 보존 법칙의 쌍곡선 연립 방정식을 푸는 Fortran subroutines로 이루어진 Package이며 USE-FDS 방법은 CFL 조건에 제한 받지 않고 Linear Advection equations을 풀어낼 수 있는 방법이다. CLAWPACK은 Godunov 방법과 Flux limiter를 사용하는 High resolution 방법을 기반으로 하며 해의 안정성을 위하여 CFL 조건을 1 보다 작도록 제한한다. 반면에 USE-FDS 방법은 CFL 조건에 관계없이 안정적으로 해를 구할 수 있다. CFL 조건이 1 보다 작은 경우에 대해서 해의 정확도가 같은 두 방법들이 해를 구하는 동안 CPU time을 측정하여 두 방법의 효율성을 비교한다. 또한 CFL 조건이 1 보다 큰 경우의 USE-FDS 방법에 대해서 Linear Advection equations을 실험한다. ; Clawpack is the package based on Godunov s method and high resolution method with flux limiters and limites CFL condition less than one for stability of solutions, while USE-FDS method [Zhl] is stable for linear advection equations regardless of CFL condition. We compare the speed of two methods of the same order when solving linear advection equations in terms of CPU time for CFL condition < 1. We also experiment linear advection equation examples for USE-FDS method for CFL condition ≥ 1.-
