축적되어가는 시간에 대한 고찰

Abstract

새로운 밀레니엄을 맞이하는 전환의 시점에서 시간인식의 단면을 제시하기 위해 ‘시간성’을 설정하여 내면의 자아의 모습을 들여다 보고자 한다. ‘추상’이라는 현대미술의 키워드는 모호함과도 통한다. 그리고 그 모호함은 작가와 수용자간의 의사소통을 불편한 것으로 만든다. 수용자의 입장에서는 난해한 무엇이 아닐 수 없는 그 정체를 알 수 없는 모호함 - 이 세기말에 ‘추상’의 극단에서 작가는 작가 자신의 메시지를 구체적인 대상에 주관적인 감성을 불어넣어 표현하고자 한다. 사진은 회화하는 달리 인간의 손길이 제기된 그래서 그만큼 객관적 매체로 여겨져 왔다. 그러나 그것이 아무리 즉물적 수단이라고 하더라도 작가의 성질이 근본에서부터 변할 수 있다는 것 뿐 아니라 예술이라는 것 자체가 창작하는 주체에 의해 세계나 대상, 매체와 관련된 상식적 관념을 넘어섬으로써 오히려 그 가치를 새로이 한다. 이러한 태도의 연구는 연구자의 주관적 감성과 시간 개념에 대한 철학적이고 관념적 인식을 통하여 ‘시간’이론에 입각한 철학적, 미학적인 개념으로 연구자가 보여주고자 하는 주제에 접근해 나가려 한다. ; This study is to look into the inner self by setting up certain Span of time to present sections of our recognition of time at this turning point confronting a new millenium. The key word, abstraction , in contemporary art, passes as ambiguity. And such ambiguity makes communication between the artist and the appreciator inconvenient. Ambiguity: something unintelligible and difficult to understand its true nature for the part of appreciator. At the end of this century and at the extreme of abstraction , the artist attempts to express his own message by giving his subjective sensitivity to a concrete object. This is, he tries to represent a world of his own through his recognition of time and experimental methods. Photography, unlike painting, has been considered as an objective medium eliminated of human touch. However, no matter how objective tool it is the artist s character can change from the root and also the art itself goes beyond conventional concepts related to the world, object of creation, and medium through the main body of creation, so photography can have another new values. Having such attitude of study on mind, the author of this studdy is to approach to the themes she wants to present as philosophical and aesthetical concepts based on theories of time through philosophical, conceptual recognition of her subjective sensitivity and time.
