자연물의 유기적 시스템 원리를 통한 생활 문화공간 디자인에 관한 연구

Abstract

과학의 발달과 더불어 우리 인간은 예전에는 상상도 할 수 없었던 물질 문명의 혜택을 누리며 살아가고 있다. 이러한 발정은 시대가 흐름에 따라 점점 가속도가 더해져 이제는 인간의 삶 자체가 인위적인 카오스의 흐름으로 흐르고 있다고 해도 과언이 아닐 것이다. 이것은 인가이 시대적 과학의 흐름을 따라 무수한 노력을 하며 살고 있음을 의미한다. 그러나 그러한 노력에 반비례하여 과학의 문명은 자연의 합리적 시스템을 파괴하고 있으며, 지금의 과학이 있게 한 인간의 노력에도 자연의 인위적이지 않은 유기적 질서들은 미쳐 다 파악하지도 못하고 있다. 과거의 많은 지식적 이론들을 거쳐 존재했던 시대적 자연관도 이제는 시대의 흐름에 따라 쓸모없는 깨진 지식의 조각이 되어버렸다. 자연에 존재하는 많은 비 선형적 성향의 질서 속에서 과학에서는 얻지 못 할 오묘한 진리가 내포되어 있음을 알고 있음에도 빠른 변화의 삶을 추구하는 인간의 문명은 황금 알을 낳는 거위인 자연을 죽여버리고 만 것이다. 이제 우리는 과거에 잘 못 사용하였던 자연 파괴적 물질문명을 반성하고 새로운 세기의 시대를 맞이하고 있는 과도기에 살고 있다. 따라서 우리는 이 시대적 반성을 통해 새로운 사고의 틀을 형성하여 밝은 미래 사회를 계획할 수 있어야 한다. 자연에는 수 없이 많은 형태의 질서들이 존대한다. 그러한 다양성을 통해 자연의 개별적 형태 특성이 형성된다. 이러한 다양성에는 보이지 않는 규칙적이고 반복적인 자연의 패턴들이 존재하고 있다. 그것은 마치 전혀 움직이지 않는 것처럼 보이는 암석과 같은 자연물조차고 시간의 흐름에 따라 그 형태가 환경적 조건에 적합하게 변화하는 것을 보면 알 수가 있다. 모든 자연이 갖게 되는 형태의 특성들은 각자가 처해있는 환경적 조건에 적응하면서 가장 경제적인 대안을 모색하며 형성하게 된다. 이러한 자연의 자생력은 현대의 환경 파괴적 물질문명의 시대 속에서도 그 존재를 유지하고 있을 수 있는 요인인 것이다. 건축은 가장 최첨단의 기계문명에 젖어 있는 물질세계 중 하나라고 생각하기 쉬울 것이다. 그러나 공간의 이미지를 창출하는 분야인 환경 디자인은 자연의 시스템 속에 존재하는 또 하나의 시스템으로 존재하여 자연과 유기적 관계를 유지하여야만 하는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 자연물에서 발견되는 질서 체계들의 형태특성을 분석하여 그 질서들을 공간의 이미지로서 적용하고, 각 공간들 속에서 자연의 이미지를 체험할 수 있는 환경을 제공하고자 한다. 여기에서는 자연의 형태특성을 개념적 원리와 구성적 원리로 구분하여 이들간의 연관성을 연구하여 각 공간에 적용하여 주고 이를 자연의 형태 언어로서 해석하여 공간을 이해할 수 있도록 하는데 중점을 두었다. 그리고 이들 공간 이미지를 창출 세계의 추구와 더불어 앞으로 환경 디자인 분야가 추구 해야할 방향을 모색하도록 연구를 시도한다. ; Along with scientific development, men lives enjoying the benefits of material civilization that they couldn t imagine before. This development has been accelerated as time goes by, and now it is not too much to say that man s living itself is flowing in the artificial chaotic stream. This means man has been living making endless efforts in accordance with the scientific stream of his time. But in inverse proportion to these efforts, scientific civilization is destroying all the reasonable systems of nature, and in spite of human efforts to bring out this status of science, nature s organic systems which are net artificial have not been fully grasped. views of nature that existed throughout many intellectual theories of the past have become unuseful fragments of knowledge along with streams of time. In many non-linear systems in nature, there are profound truths which can not be obtained through science, and man s civilization pursuing better life has at last killed the nature, that is considered as the goose laying gold eggs. We are living in a transitional period when we should reflect our nature-destroying material civilization and face a new century. Therefore, we should build up frames of new thoughts through this reflection on our-time to plan a bright society for the future. There are numerous systems in various shapes in nature. This various characteristics of each individual shapes in nature are being formed. And in this variety, there are invisible regular and repetitive patterns. We can observe that even seemingly standstill rock-like natural things are changing their shapes as time passes and in accordance with environment. All the properties in natural shapes are adapting themselves to environment they belong to and exploring the most appropriate alternative to be reformed. This autogenous power of nature is to maintain the existence even in this environment-destroying materialized civilization. Architecture can be easily misunderstood as one of materialized worlds deeply absorbed in up-to-minute civilization. But environmental design as one field of creating images of space should exist as one sub-system of nature to maintain an organic harmony with nature. Therefore, this study is to analyze the formative characteristics being discovered in natural systems to make the best of them in creating spatial images and to provide an environment in which we can experience natural images of each space. At this point, emphasis will be put on division of the formative characteristics in nature into conceptual and compositional principles and investigation of the relation between them to apply them to each space, interpret them as formative language of nature, and to understand the space. In addition to this pursuit for creating images of space, further studies are needed to explore desirable directions for environmental design to pursue.
