dc.description.abstractPolyacrylonitrile계와 polystyrene계 chelate수지의 합성에서 요구되는 기초 연구를 수행하였다. Polyacrylonitrile의 중합시 첨가되는 가교제는 acrylonitrile의 중합능을 저하시킨다. 가교 polyacrylonitrile의 아미드옥심화시에 CN기와 아미드옥심기의 상호작용으로 고리화 반응이 수반되었으며, 아미드옥심화 polyacrylonitrile은 Cu^2+, Cd^2+에 대하여 뛰어난 흡착능을 지닌다. Ethylenediamine, tetraethylenediamine, hexamethylenediamine에 의한 polychloromethylstyrene의 아민화에서는 double coupling만 수반된다. 반면 diethyltriamine, triethylenetetramine에 의한 아민화에서는 single coupling과 double coupling이 동시에 수반된다. ; To carry out the basic study required to synthesis of chelate resin, PAN and PS were selected as resin matrix of chelate resin, and characteristics of their polymerization and metal absorbability were examined. In case of PAN, the effect of the kind of crosslinking agent and the degree of crosslinking on the polymerization of PAN was investigated by using the four kinds of hydrophillic crosslinking agent. As for PS, site-site interaction was theoretically dealt by an interaction between five sorts of amine and PCMS. Crosslinking agent added to polymerization system of PAN prominently lowers polymerization of AN in proportion to the additive amount of crosslinking agent. The cyclization takes on different aspects according to a kind of crosslinking agent used in crosslinking of PAN. EGD shows A type of cyclization aspect, while BDD, TGD_3, and TGD have B type of cyclization aspect. In every crosslinking agent, however, the two aspects of cyclization are existed together, only taking difference in degree. ----┬-----┬-----┬----- -----┬-----┬-----┬----- │ │ │ │ │ │ CN C C CN C C ∥└-N-┘∥ ∥└-N-┘∥ N H N-OH O H N-OH / HO A B Amidoximated-PAN has an excellent adsorption capacity for Cu, Cd ions. In amination of PCMS, the degree of amination in ethylenediamine, tetraethylenediamine, and hexamethylenediamine amounts to about 64 to 85%, and accompanies 100% of double coupling, regardless of a kind of crosslinking agent and its additive amount. Diethyltriamine and triethylenetetramine carry both double coupling and triple coupling. If the additive amount of crosslinking agent increase, double coupling in DVB crosslinking is decreased, but vice-versa in EGD crosslinking. Aminated-polystyrene resin has an excellent adsorption capacity for Cd, Cu, Cr ions.-
