국제회의 의전의 수행정도와 중요도에 관한 연구

Abstract

As the enlargement of mutual exchange of the politics and economy between nations, nowadays the international conference emerges as one of the higher value-added and new industries in the world. The participants of the international conference consist of very various people, from VIP to general persons. For a successful international conference, there are a lots of elements and the satisfaction of the participants also can not be ignored. Especially the satisfaction of VIP influences on the raise of the nation's image and the repeat of induction. Until now the international conference study adjusted the focus on the promotion side as a broad, expert eye. But I think the study of protocol is one of the most important factors. As the influence of protocol on an international conference is very high, the need for understanding of protocol is gradually increasing by the flow of globalization and the increase of international conference. The purpose of this study is to search the status of international conference protocol and the analysis of importance on practical conditions and so, to provide the foundation data of international conference protocol. For the above, the specific study subjects are as follows. First, research the international conference protocol by studying og literature research, the interviews of experts and the overseas case study. Second, compare and analyse the both protocol, one is researched and the other practically conducted. Third, analyse the correlation of the accomplishment and importance of protocol. The used questionnaires are made by pre arranged research. Totally 200 papers were distributed and could recall 172 papers. And recalled questionnaires were analysed by SPSS ver. 12.0. The frequent analysis is performed on the each inquiry in order to study the actual accomplishment of protocol experts and specialists of international conference. The analysis of variance is performed in order to research the influence on the accomplishment and importance of protocol by the method of demographic characters such as gender, age, scholarship, working years and the job condition. Also the correlation analysis is performed in order to know the correlation of the accomplishment and importance of protocol. In conclusion, the results of this thesis are as follows. The contents of international conference protocol have been researched and as much as the accomplishment is higher, the importance is also higher. In this thesis, it shown the characteristics and present status of international conference protocol and also provided the basic data of it.;국가간의 정치 · 경제적 상호교류의 확대에 따라 성장한 국제회의산업은 최근 부가가치가 높은 신종산업으로 부상하게 되었다. 이러한 국제회의 참가자들은 국제회의의 성격에 따라서 VIP에서부터 일반 참가자에게까지 다양하게 구성되어 있다. 성공적인 국제회의를 위해서는 많은 요소가 중요하지만, 참가자의 만족도는 간과할 수 없으며 특히 VIP의 만족도는 국가이미지 제고 및 각 국제회의 재유치 기반에 큰 영향을 미친다. 지금까지 나온 국제회의에 관한 연구는 대부분 거시적인 안목에서 국제회의 전반의 진흥방안 쪽에 초점이 맞추어져 있었고, 국제회의를 구성하는 가장 중요한 구성 업무 중 하나인 의전에 관한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 그러나 세계화의 흐름 속에서 국제회의가 증대해 가고, 국제회의 시 의전이 미치는 파급효과가 매우 높으므로 의전에 대한 이해의 필요성도 점차 증가되고 있다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 날로 그 중요성과 관심이 더해가고 있는 국제회의 의전에 관한 실태를 파악하고, 국제회의 전문가가 실제 행하고 있는 의전에 대한 중요도 분석을 통한 국제회의 의전의 기초 자료로 제공하고자 한다. 이 연구를 위한 구체적인 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국제회의 의전을 문헌연구 및 전문가 인터뷰, 해외사례 조사를 통해 파악한다. 둘째, 파악된 국제회의 의전과 국제회의 전문가에게 실제로 수행하는 의전을 비교, 분석한다. 셋째, 국제회의 전문가의 의전 수행정도와 중요도를 나누어 그 상관관계를 분석한다. 설문지는 사전 조사를 통하여 최종문항이 결정되었으며 총 200부의 설문지를 배포하여 172부를 회수하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS ver. 12.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 국제회의에서 국제회의 전문가의 의전 수행실태를 파악하기 위하여 각 문항에 빈도분석을 실시하여 수행정도와 중요도를 측정하였으며, 성별, 연령, 학력, 근무년수, 소속등 인구 통계적특성이 의전의 수행정도와 중요도에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 분산분석을 실시하였다. 또한 의전의 수행정도와 중요도의 상관관계를 알아보기 위하여 상관관계 분석을 실시하였다. 이 연구논문의 결과는 국제회의 의전의 업무를 정의하였고, 의전업무에 대한 수행정도가 높을수록 그 업무가 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 국제회의 의전의 특성 및 현황을 파악할 수 있었고, 국제회의 의전에 대한 기초자료로 제시되 었다는 데에 그 의의가 있다.
