Abstract

Euge｀ne Bozza (1905-1991)의 "Fantaisie Pastorale for oboe and piano", Op.3은 그 당시 프랑스 음악의 고전적인 전통을 지키는 경향도 깊이 뿌리를 내리고 있는 한편, 12음 음악에의 방향을 추진 시키는 것에서부터 뚜렸한 선율선이나 주제의 발전이 급속하게 이루어진다. 이 시기 음악의 가장 큰 변화는 <화성>에서 찾을 수 있는데, 조성 체계 내에서 음들을 논리적, 기능적으로 묶어주는 화성의 역할은 점차 사라지게 된다. 연주자는 기보된 악보를 소리로 재현하는 비교적 수동적인 역할에서 작품 구성에 결정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 권한을 부여 받는다. 또 이전 음악에서 느낄 수 있는 아름답고 감미로운 선율, 심금을 울리는 감동적인 화음, 정열과 애수의 표현, 즉 인간의 감정과 밀접한 측면에서 연관 관계를 찾았다면, 이 시기는 이와는 대조적인 제각기 새로운 미의 척도를 다양하게 설정하였다. 그러므로 이들의 음악에서는 직접적인 감정의 호소를 찾아보기 어렵게 되었다. 또한 이 시기는 구조화된 음들의 집합은 일정한 순서에 의해 나열된 것이 아니라 구성음 사이의 관계속에서 그 의미를 갖는다. 또 이 시대의 작곡에서는 간결함의 경향이 있고, 음악적 요소는 틈이 없게 짜여있다. 반복·대조가 덜 사용되었으며, 반복은 형식적 구조를 위한 것이 아닌 표현적 목적을 위해 사용되었다. 간결성의 방안으로는 경과구, 전조 부분, 주제의 미해결, 종지부와 같은 형식 구조는 축소되거나 삭제되는 경향이 있었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 시대적인 특징을 토대로 이 곡을 분석 하고자 한다.;"Fantaisie Pastorale for oboe and piano", Op.37 was composed by Euge｀ne Bozza(1905-1991) and it has driven twelve-tone music, while keeping the strong tradition in French classical music. From that time, rapid progress in the melody line and the theme has been made. A set of structured melody is meaningful not in the sequence but in the correlations among its components. The musical compositions written during Bozza’s time tend to be simple but have dense structures in their elements. Repetition and contrast were rarely used in those compositions and even if repetition was used, it was not for perfunctory structure but for real expressional purposes. For conciseness, perfunctory formats such as bridge passage, progression, unsolved theme, and cadence are frequently shortened or eliminated. In this thesis, I will analyze this piece with the foundation of the background of the period.
