잠재범주모형과 로지스틱 회귀모형을 이용한 청소년 위험행동 분석

Abstract

청소년 일탈 행동 중 음주와 흡연은 해마다 계속적으로 나타나고 있다. 본 논문에서는 중학생 이전에 음주와 흡연을 경험한 고등학생을 대상으로 음주와 흡연의 행동이 어떠한 패턴으로 나타나는지 알아보기 위하여 잠재범주분석(Latent Class Analysis)를 이용하여 5개의 범주로 나누어 보았다. 또한, 성별과 학교유형, 부모와의 동거 여부가 각 범주에 속할 확률에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 알아보기 위하여 잠재범주 로지스틱 회귀모형 분석을 실시하였다. 마지막으로 잠재범주분석을 이용하여 얻어진 결과인 5개의 범주를 주요 설명변수로 설정하여 성행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 로지스틱 회귀모형을 적합하여 분석하였다. 논문에 사용된 자료는 2005년부터 실시한 청소년 건강행태 온라인 조사(질병관리본부)에서 얻어진 것으로 그 중에서도 최근 3년 자료인 2007, 2008, 2009년의 자료를 이용한다.;Analysing the use of drinking and smoking is challenging in part because there is no widely accepted single measure of individual use. One approach is to view the joint distribution of drinking and smoking indicators as a mixture of latent classes. Pooling items from the annual ‘Analysis of Korean Youth Risk Behavior Survey’ from 2007 to 2009, for the students who have experienced drinking and smoking before entering middle school, this paper finds that drinking and smoking use are well summarized by five latent subgroups : low-risky group (class1), drinking group(class2), smoking group(class3), risky group(class4) and high-risky group(class5) and we then apply a multinomial logistic model to investigate how these latent subgroups are related to sexual behaviors among the early-onset students.
