디지털 포렌식에서 증거 획득을 위한 이미지 로깅 서버 시스템

Abstract

급속한 인터넷의 발달과 정보화 사회의 진입은 다양한 정보와 금융 서비스 등의 웹 서비스를 제공받을 수 있게 되었다. 기하급수적인 웹의 성장에 힘입어 웹 서버 시스템 또한 폭발적으로 증가하고 있으며, 웹 서비스를 이용하는 사용자도 꾸준히 증가하는 추세이다. 컴퓨터와 인터넷, 웹 서비스의 발전은 사용자에게 편리함을 가져다주었으나, 사이버 범죄와 불법 행위라는 새로운 역기능을 가지게 되었다. 이와 같은 사이버 범죄는 급격한 증가와 함께 점점 지능화 되어 가고 있으나 삭제, 복사, 이동이 쉬운 디지털 증거의 특성상 일반적인 범죄와는 달리 증거물을 확보하는 것이 어렵다. 따라서 법적 효력을 갖춘 증거물 확보를 위한 수집 및 효과적인 분석 기법이 제시 되어야 하며 확보한 증거물의 무결성 또한 입증할 수 있어야 한다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 사이버 범죄의 증거 자료로 사용될 수 있는 이미지 로그 파일을 생성하고 무결성 입증을 위하여 해시 코드를 생성하는 이미지 로깅 서버 시스템을 제안하고 구현하고자 한다. 이미지 로깅 서버 시스템은 네트워크를 통하여 원격으로 웹 서버 시스템의 이미지 로그 파일을 동적으로 생성하는 시스템으로써 웹 서버 시스템의 종류와 관계없이 이미지 로그 파일을 생성 및 저장할 수 있다. 또한 이미지 로깅 서버 시스템을 사용하는 웹 서버 시스템에 부하를 주지 않으면서 독립적으로 이미지 로깅 서비스를 함으로써 웹 서버 시스템은 안정적으로 웹 서비스를 할 수 있다.;Development of the rapid Internet and the beginning of an information-oriented society could be provided with Web Service of various information and financial services. Growth of web server system web are also increasing explosively and there are many users who use Web Service are increasing steadily. Development of Computer, Internet and Web Service got user convenience but it makes cyber crimes and an unlawful act. Such Cyber Crime is becoming Intelligence and sharply increasing but contrary to general crimes, it is difficult to collect digital evidence because digital evidence are easy to delete, copy and remove. Therefore, collection and effective analysis technique for evidence security that is equipped with legal effect should be presented and integrity of evidence that give a definite report also must be able to prove. Accordingly, in this paper, suggest and implement an image log file that can be used to evidence of Cyber Crime and an image logging server system that make a hash code for proving integrity. Image logging server system is a system that makes image log files of web server system dynamically to remote through network and it can make and save image log files independently of kind of web server system. Also Web server system with image logging server system can be Web Service stably because it can operate separatively as do not give stress.
