사진계측을 이용한 한국 젊은 여성의 이마 모발선 형태 분석

Abstract

이마는 미간에서 전두부 모발선에 이르는 영역으로 얼굴을 세로의 세부분으로 나누었을 때 상안면에 해당하는 부분이다. 이마의 형태는 다른 안면구조와 상호보완적인 균형을 제공하여 얼굴과 머리가 조화로운 전체로 받아들이게 하는 역할을 한다. 이마가 둥글고 넓으며 반듯한 형태가 선호되지만, 너무 넓은 이마도 나이 들어 보일 수 있기 때문에 적절한 크기의 이마란 어떤 것인지 파악하는 것이 중요하다. 그러나 얼굴의 다른 부분에 대한 보고가 많은 것에 비해 이마에 대해 연구한 논문이 많지 않은 실정이라, 저자는 한국 젊은 여성의 이마 모발선의 형태를 알아보고자 하였다. 젊은 여성 100명을 대상으로 일정한 조건에서 정면과 측면사진을 촬영하여 분석하였다. 정면사진에서는 얼굴의 가로, 세로크기와 중앙에서 이마의 높이(tri-히)를 기본자료로 측정하였고, 전두부 모발선의 형태, widow's peak, 전두측두오목(ftr) 그리고 측두점(tp)을 측정지표로 하여 이마높이와 얼굴폭에 대한 상대적인 수직, 수평의 비율로 측정하였다. 측면사진에 대해서는 얼굴의 세로길이, 이주선(pretragal line)에서 미간점까지의 거리, 그리고 지표 각각의 높이에서 이마 윤곽선과 이주선간의 거리를 기초자료로 하였고, 전두측두오목, 측두점, 측두부 앞모발선(anterior hairline)의 미간높이에서 위치(gl')를 미간에서 이주선간 거리와 이마높이에 대한 상대적인 수평, 수직의 비율을 측정하여 기술통계량을 분석하였다. 정면사진에서 전두부 이마의 수직길이는, 중앙에 비해 동공위치에서 84.12% 외안각 위치에서 72.20%로 외측으로 갈수록 좁았다. ftr의 위치는 미간(히)점에서 얼굴폭(xy)의 70.81% 외측에 있고, 이마높이의 82.12% 만큼 히보다 위에 있었다. tp는 xy의 82.93% 외측, tri-히의 30.65% 상방에 있었다. widow's peak는 중앙에서 0.12%좌측, 이마선에서 이마높이8.68% 하방에 있었다. 측면사진에서는 지표 ftr, tp, gl'의 상대적 위치를 측정하였는데, ftr은 이마높이의 88.16%높이에, 이주선에서 윤곽선거리의 59.89%만큼 떨어져 있다. tp점은 미간점에서 이마높이 32.61±6.87% 상방에, 이주선에서 윤곽까지 거리의 57.68% 전방에 있었다. 미간점 높이에서 앞쪽모발선(anterior hairline)의 위치는 이주선에서 36.58% 앞이었다. 이번 연구에서는 정면과 측면 사진을 같이 분석하여 이마의 형태를 파악하였고, 기존의 논문보다 다양한 계측 지표를 측정함으로써 보다 구체적인 평균 이마 모발선의 형태를 얻을 수 있었다. 본 연구결과는 이마 및 두피 성형수술에 대한 계획수립, 안면 계측학적 연구에 활용할 수 있는 유용한 자료가 될 것이라고 생각된다.;Even though photogrammetry has been introduced as an alternative to an direct measurement in modern anthropometric studies, a comprehensive study of forehead shape in Korean female is still lacking. The purpose of this study was to determine average values for the forehead dimensions and the proportions of anatomical landmarks in young Korean women. To measure the specific proportions of landmarks to forehead, photographs of 100 female, mean age of 24.6 were taken in full face view and right profile view. Baseline dimensions in full face view were right facial width(xy), and forehead height(tri-gl). In profile view, the horizontal distances from pretragal line to forehead contour line in each landmarks were measured as a baseline study. Measured landmarks in forehead were trichion(tri), frontotemporal recess(ftr), temporal point(tp) and glabella(gl), and widow's peak. The mean measurements are as followed. In frontal view, the proportion of forehead height to tri-히 was 0.8412 for the pupil line, and 0.7620 for lateral canthal line. The horizontal proportion of ftr was 0.7081 to xy, vertical was 0.8212 to tri-gl. Temporal point was 0.8293xy lateral, 0.3065tri-gl vertical from glabella. Widow's peak was 0.0012xy left from the midline and 0.0868tri-gl inferior from the hairline. In profile view, vertical proportion to forehead height of each points were 0.8816 in ftr, 0.3261 in tp. Horizontal proportions of temporal hairline to relative distance from the pretragal line to forehead contour point were 0.8816 at ftr level, 0.5768 at tp level, 0.3658 at 히 level. This article is presenting the data of mean positions of landmarks in forehead that can be used as a guideline to improve forehead aesthetics in Korean young women.
