中共의 對第3世界 外交政策에 關한 硏究

Abstract

最近 國際政治는 兩極化 狀態에서 多極化 狀態로 변모해왔다. 이의 主要 要因으로는 强大國으로 부상한 中國과 國際舞臺에서 그 影響力을 擴大하고 있는 第3世界를 들 수 있을 것이다. 中共은 美.蘇 超强大國 사이에서 强大國으로서의 地位를 向上시키기 爲해서 第3世界와의 政治的 유대를 强化하지 않을 수 없었다. 따라서 國際政治 體系의 主要 變化要因이며 그 잠재력이 質的으로 量的으로 增加하고 있는 中共과 第3世界에 대한 硏究는 國際關係 硏究에 있어서 意義가 있다고 할 것이다. 따라서 이 論文에서는 中共의 對第3世界 外交政策을 그 主要 接近手段인 經濟援助를 中心으로 다루고자 한다. 1章은 序論으로서 硏究目的 및 硏究範圍와 方法이 提示된다. 2章에서는 一般的인 中共의 外交政策을 理解하기 위해 現在의 中共의 第3世界 外交政策이 나오게 된 배경과 그들이 추구하는 目標, 그리고 目標를 이루기 위한 수단을 다루고저 한다. 3章에서는 現在 中共의 外交理論인 3世界論이 中間地帶論에서 어떻게 발전했으며 왜 그러했나를 中, 蘇紛爭을 中心으로 分析해 보겠다. 또 中共이 第3世界 外交政策을 수행하기 위해 어떤 戰略을 使用하는지 서술해 보겠다. 4章에서는 中共의 第3世界 外交政策에 있어서 蘇聯과의 論爭을 外交政策에 있어서 蘇聯과의 論爭을 外交政策 形成의 動因인 이데올로기와 국가이익을 關聯시켜 이해해 보겠다. 아울러 中共이 第3世界 政策을 수행하기 위한 手段으로 經濟援助를 채택한 原因을 分析해 보겠다. 이러한 外交政策의 結果 中共의 外交的 成果는 어떠한지 外交樹立 관계를 中心으로 다루어 보겠다. 마지막으로 결론에서는 앞부분을 要約하고 中共의 43世界 外交政策의 問題點과 限界點을 分析해 보겠다.;In recent years the context of international politics has changed from bipolarization to multi-polarization. The important reasons behind this phenominon is China who is emerging from a major power to superpower and the third world nations who are strengthening their influence within the international politics. In order to fortify their position as a major power, China, between the two super powers couldn't help but strengthen their political relations with the third world. Therefore, it is an important transforming element within the international political structure, and we can infer that it is significant in the structural study of international politics to study China and the third world, whose potential is increasing in quantity and quality. Therefore the author in this thesis emphasises the study of china's policy toward the third world. The first chapter is the introduction. Here, the author gives the research motive and method of approach. The second chapter gives the background for the appearance of the China's current foreign policy. Also it tires to deal with their aims and the methods used to achieve these aims. In the third chapter the author discusses and analyzes the diplomatic policy of China at present which is the question of how the third world policy developed in the intermediate zone. Also the author will try to discuss how China uses their foreign policy towards the third world. In the 4th chapter the author will discuss how China, in it's foreign policy towards the third would is in conflict with the Soviet Union, and how it is relate to the motive of the formation of foreign policy which is ideology and national □□□□□ author will analyze the reaseon why China chose a □□□of the economic aid in their policy towards the third world. In the conclusion the author will try to analyze the problems and limitation of China's foreign policy towards the third world in relation to the rest of the world.
