이란革命의 原因에 관한 硏究

Abstract

이 論文은 1978년과 1979년에 걸쳐 發生했던 이란에서의 革命을 第三世界革命의 고나점에 입각하여 그 原因을 분석하는데 目的을 두고 있다. 이란 革命은 흔히 이슬람정통주의 (Islamic Fundamentalism)에 입각한 이슬람 革命이라고 불리운다. 따라서, 이 革命은 특이한 형태의 復古的인 宗敎革命으로 취급되며 여타의 第三世界의 革命과는 다른 次元에서 얘기가 되고 있다. 第三世界革命은 世界體制內에서 規定되어지는 構造的인 低發展으로부터 탈피하기 위한 노력이며 外勢와 國際社會로부터 自律性이 있는 民族國家를 건설하려는 시도로 이해된다. 이란의 革命도 이러한 맥락에서 이루어진 것으로 파악할 수 있으며 따라서, 革命이 發生한 第三世界 革命의 관점에서 찾을 수 있을 것이다. 이 論文은 國家에 초점을 두는 構造的 革命理論에 입각하여 國家를 접점으로 革命의 原因을 外的인 原因과 內的인 原因으로 나누어 분석하였다. 外的原因은 世界體制의 중심이며 2次大戰 이후 이란에서 가장 큰 外的 規定力으로 作用했던 미국의 對이란政策을 제시하였다.內的原因으로는 外的인 規定力의 관철로 말미암아 變貌하는 社會構造를 政治˙經濟의 次元에서 고찰하였다. 이란의 經濟는 從屬的 發展으로 規定되며, 政治構造 從屬的 發展을 유지하기 위해 抑壓的 國家構造를 바탕으로 폭력성을 내보인다. 또한, 조직화된 行爲者로서 革命에 가담하였던 反體制勢力들의 活動에 대한 고찰을 하였다. 이런 고찰의 결과 이란은 世界體制에 從屬된 여타 第三世界國家와 마찬가지로 대미종속적이고 從屬부르조아의 이익을 體現하는 國家였음을 알 수 있었다. 그러나, 좀 더 內的인 특수성을 강조하여 보면 이란은 팔레비가 全 權力을 장악한 君主的 獨裁制였다고도 할 수 있다. 結果的으로 팔레비 治下의 이란은 世界體制의 요구에 부응하면서 이루어진 第三世界國家로서 革命은 이와 같이 第三世界的 國家의 性格이 야기하는 위기에서 발생하였다. 따라서, 이 論文은 이란 革命을 第三世界革命으로 規定한다.;The purpose of this study is to investigate the cause of the Iranian Revolution from 1978 to 1979 in the view of the Third World Revolution. We call the Iranian Revolution by Islamic Revolution based on Islamic Fundamentalism. So, we have thought it is particular religious revival, which is different from the Third World Revolution. Generally Speaking, the Third World Revolution is an exertion to escape from the structural underdevelopment regulated by World Capitalist system and an attempt to construct autonomous Nation-State from the external forces and international society. Iranian Revolution is very similar to the Third World Revolution. So, we can investigate the cause of the former in the view of the latter. This study is based on structural revolution theory interested in State, devided the cause of Revolution into the internal cause and the external one. The external cause is American Foreign Policy to Iran which existed as a external regulator to Iran after the Second World War. The internal cause is Iranian society structure divided into politics and economy, changed by external regulations. Iranian economy is dependent development and political structure used violence based on repressive State Apparatus. And we investigated the operations of the Anti-Esta-, blishment Forces as organized agency in Revolution. In conclusion, Iran is the Third World State depended on America, guarantees the interest of dependent bourgeois. But, if we emphasize the iranian internal particularity, Iran is monarchic dictatorship concentrated on the Pahlavi. So, Iran under the Pahlavi is the Third World State regulated world capitalist system and the revolution was brought to Iran by crisis based on the characteristics of the Third World State. This study call the Iranian Revolution by the Third World Revolution.
