莊子寓言의 人物形象 硏究

Abstract

Zhuangzi(莊子) is a great thinker in the history of Chinese philosophy, and he is a great prosaist in the history of Chinese literature. The thought of Zhuangzi(莊子) developed by laying the origin in the thought of Laotzu(莊子), and the essence of Zhuangzi(莊子) thought is to achieve the union of nature and man by harmonizing the spirit and arriving a t the ideal state of ramble. Zhuangzi(莊子) led a life during the period of tragedy as a man who came from Mong(蒙) in Sung(宋) country a t the Age of the Warring States(戰國:B.C.403-B.C.221). But, he criticized and satirized then corrupt politics or aspect of society through yuyan(寓言), without submitting to riches and homors and power at all. The hole book of Zhuangzi(莊子) is composed of 650 thousand letters and 33 volumes(inside 7 volumes, outside 15 volumes and miscellaneous 11 volumes). And, as for the description method, yuyan(寓言), chongyan(重言) and zhiyan(□言) were used. And, among them, yuyan(寓言) occupied 9/10, chongyan(重言) occupied 7/10, and zhiyan(□諺) frequently apeared. And, yuyan(寓言) is 192 units. In this study, shape of character was classified into 6 kinds, by making 192 yuyans(寓言) as study range. That is, shape of character was classified by classifying into 14 items, after classifying into shape of animals and plants in natural world, shape of processed man, shape of historical man, shape of ideal man, shape of Zhuangzi(莊子) and shape of woman etc. and classifying them in detail again. And this researcher selected and analyzed yuyan(寓言) corresponding to each shape of character. The literature of Zhuangzi(莊子) had influence on each genre such a s myth, legend, a tale , prose, novel and poetry etc. in later ages, and his sentence exercised inflence over rhetoric field in later ages. Especially, Zhuangzi(莊子) promoted the growth of novel, by creating the peculiar shape of character with the allegory way of high degree which cannot be found in yuyan(寓言) of the time before Qin(秦) dynasty.;莊子는 中國哲學史上으로는 위대한 思想家이며, 中國文學史에 있어서는 大散文家이다. 莊子의 思想은 老子의 思想에 淵源을 두고 발전하였으며, 莊子思想의 본질은 心靈을 和諧시켜 逍遙의 理想境界에 도달하여 ‘天人合一’을 이루는 것이다. 莊子는 戰國時代(BC. 403 - BC. 221年) 宋國의 蒙人으로, 悲劇의 時代를 살았다. 그러나 결코 富貴와 권력에 굴복하지 않고, 당시의 부패한 정치와 社會相을 ‘寓言’을 통하여 批判하고 諷刺하였다. 《莊子》 全書는 65萬字, 33篇(內 7篇, 外15篇, 雜11篇)으로 이루어져 있다. 그리고 敍述方式으로는 寓言, 重言, □言을 사용하였으며, 그 중 寓言이 9/10를 차지하고, 重言이 7/10을 차지하며, □言은 자주 나온다. 그리고 寓言은 192개 이다. 본 論文은 192개의 寓言을 硏究範圍로 하여, 人物形象을 크게 여섯 가지로 분류하였다. 즉, 自然界 動ㆍ植物의 形象, 加工의 人物形象, 歷史人物形象, 理想人物形象, 莊子의 形象, 女人의 形象 등으로 분류하고, 다시 세부적으로 분류하여서 14條로 나누어 人物形象을 분류하였다. 그리고 각 人物形象에 해당하는 寓言을 選別하여 分析하였다. 莊子의 文學은 後世 神話, 傳說, 故事, 散文, 小說, 詩歌 등 각 장르에 影響을 주었으며, 그의 문장은 후세 修辭方面에 있어서도 크게 影響力을 발휘하였다. 특히 莊子는 다른 先秦寓言에서 찾아볼 수 없는 高度의 比喩手法으로 독특한 人物形象을 創造하여 小說의 成長을 촉진시켰다.
