피지내 과산화지질이 기미와 여드름의 치료에 미치는 영향

Abstract

기미와 여드름과 같이 피지(skin surface lipid)와 관련된 피부질환과 피지증 과산화 지질량의 연관성을 알아보기 위해, 기미환자 20명과 여드름환자 20명의 안면부에서, 치료전과 2% 하이드로퀴논 및 2.5% 벤조일퍼록사이드로 각각 3개월간 국소도포치료한 후에, cup method를 이용하여 피지를 채취하였다. 피지내 총지질량과 피지내 과산화지질량은 분광광도계로 측정하였으며, student's t-test를 이용하여 통계학적 분석을 하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 치료전에는, 정상대조군과 비교해 볼 때, 기미환자군은 과산화지질량과 총지질량에 대한 과산화지질량의 비가 유의한 증가를 보였으나, 여드름환자군에서는 총지질량과 과산화지질량 및 총지질량에 대한 과산화지질량의 비가 유의한 증가를 보였다 (P〈0.05). 2. 치료후에는, 치료전과 비교해 볼 때, 기미환자군은 과산화지질량과 총지질량에 대한 과산화지질양의 비가 유의한 감소를 보였으며, 여드름환자군에서는 총지질량과 과산화 지질량이 유의한 감소를 보였다(P〈0.05). 기미와 여드름의 임상증상이 호전시에는 피지의 과산화지질량이 감소됨을 보였다. 이상의 결과로 기미와 여드름의 임상증상은 피지의 과산화지질량에 따라서 영향이 있음을 알 수 있다.;To evaluate correlation between the amounts of lipid peroxide in skin surface lipid and clinical aspect of lipid-relating cutaneous disorders, such as melasma and acne, skin surface lipid samples were collected by using cup method from the faces of 20 acne women and 20 melasma women, before and 3 months after topical treatment with 2% hydroquinone and 2.5% benzoyl peroxide, respectively. The amounts of total lipids and lipid peroxide in skin surface lipid were measured by spectrophotometer and statistically analyzed by student's t-test. The results were as follows: 1. At the time of pretreatment, in comparison with control group, melasma group showed increase of the amounts of lipid peroxide and the ratio of lipid peroxide to total lipids. But acne group showed increase of the ratio of lipid peroxide to total lipids as well as the amounts of total lipids and lipid peroxide (P＜0.05). 2. At the time of posttreatment, in comparison with pretreatment, melasma group showed decrease of the amounts of lipid peroxide and the ratio of lipid peroxide to total lipids. And in acne group, the amounts of total lipids and lipid peroxide were also decreased (P＜0.05). The amounts of lipid peroxide in skin surface lipid decreased at the time of improvements of clinical aspects in melasma and acne. This data suggest that clinical aspect of melasma and acne is related to the amounts of lipid peroxide in skin surface lipid.
