임신말기의 정상 혈압군과 고혈압군의 안압하강 효과에 관한 연구

Abstract

임신 말기에는 일반적으로 안압이 하강되는데, 이는 호르몬의 영향으로 인한 방수유출율의 증가로 인한 것으로 보고되고 있으며, 또한 안압은 만성 단순성 녹내장 환자들과 저안압성 녹내장 환자들에서의 혈압과 연관이 있는 것으로 알려져 왔다. 따라서 저자는 임신 말기의 임신부의 안압을 측정하여 고혈압이 있는 군의 안압과 정상혈압인 군의 안압을 비교하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 임신말기의 정상혈압을 나타내는 군과 고혈압군의 안압하강 효과를 비교한 결과 단순 녹내장이 고혈압과 연관성이 있는 것과는 달리 위의 두군사이의 안압하강에는 유의성이 없는 것으로 나타났으며 비임신시와 임신초기군의 안압에 비해 임신말기의 안압은 통계적으로 유의하게 하강한 것으로 나타났다.;A lower ocular pressure is found consistently in late pregnancy and it is known that ocular tension is positively correlated with blood pressure in a group of chronic simple glaucoma patients and low tension glaucoma patients. So the author compared the intraocular pressure (I.O.P.) of late pregnant women with high blood pressure who visited Ewha Womans University Hospital Obstetrics Department from Mar. 1986 to Nov. 1986. The results showed that there was no significant correlations between the IOP of late pregnant women with normal blood pressure and that of hypertension late pregnant women. Such results suggest that the causes of 2 types of vascular hypertension seem to be different.
