임상간호사가 지각한 건강상태와 건강증진행위실천에 대한 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 임상간호사가 지각한 건강상태와 건강증진행위실천 정도의 상관관계를 확인하기 위한 서술적 상관관계연구이다. 서울 소재 3개의 종합병원에 근무하는 일반 간호사 235명을 대상으로 최종분석하였다. 본 연구의 설문은 대상자의 일반적 및 직무관련 특성, 지각한 건강상태, 건강증진행위실천을 측정하는 문항으로 구성되었으며, 자료수집기간은 2011년 3월 21일부터 2011년 4월 10일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 12.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 대상자의 지각한 건강상태 정도는 5점 만점에 평균 3.47±.50점이었으며, 4개 하부요인별로 살펴보면 영적 건강상태 3.64±.80점, 사회적 건강상태 3.61±.50점, 신체적 건강상태 3.45±.59점, 정신적 건강상태 3.23±.73점이었다. 건강증진행위실천 정도는 4점 만점에 평균 2.10±.34점이었으며, 6개 하부영역별로 살펴보면 대인관계 2.57±.43점, 영적성장 2.36±.50점, 건강책임 2.06±.38점, 스트레스관리 2.04±.42점, 영양 2.03±.45점, 신체활동 1.67±.54점이었다. 2. 대상자의 지각한 건강상태와 건강증진행위실천은 통계적으로 순상관관계가 나타났다(r=0.379, p=.000). 3. 대상자의 일반적 및 직무관련 특성에 따른 지각한 건강상태는 업무형태(t=2.172, p=.049), 근무형태(t=2.102, p=.048)에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 즉, ‘서서 일하는’대상자(M=3.42)가 ‘주로 앉아서 일하는’대상자(M=3.51)보다 지각한 건강상태 평균점수가 낮았고, 교대근무하는 대상자(M=3.46)가 주간근무하는 대상자(M=3.65)보다 지각한 건강상태 평균점수가 낮았다. 일반적 및 직무관련 특성에 따른 건강증진행위실천은 결혼상태(t=2.189, p=.024), 근무형태(t=2.266, p=.010)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 즉, 기혼 대상자(M=2.19)가 미혼 대상자(M=2.08)보다 건강증진행위실천이 높았고(t=2.189, p=.024), 주간근무(M=2.25)대상자가 교대근무(M=2.09)대상자 보다 건강증진행위실천정도가 높게 나타났다(t=2.266, p=.010). 이상의 연구결과를 통해 임상간호사가 지각한 건강상태가 좋을수록 건강증진행위실천이 높다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 간호사 스스로 자신의 건강상태를 향상시키기 위해 더욱 적극적 이여야 하겠으며, 건강증진행위실천을 높이기 위한 다양한 프로그램개발이 요구된다.;The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among perception of health status and health promotion behavior of hospital nurses. The study subjects were 235 hospital nurses working at 3 General Hospital in Seoul. Data collected with a structured questionnaire from March. 21 to April. 10, 2011. The questionnaire consists of general characteristics, perception of health status and on health promotion behaviors. The data was analyzed by the SPSS(ver. 12.0) computer program, and it inclued descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and the Pearson's correlation coefficient. The results of this study were as follows. 1. The mean scores of the variables were as follow : perception of health status was 3.47, health promotion behavior was 2.10. In the perception of health status by factor, the spiritual factor was 3.64 and as for the health promotion behavior, the interpersonal relationship factor was the highest as 2.57. 2. There was a significant positive correlation between perception of health status and health promotion behavior. 3. The general characteristics that showed a significant difference in perception of health status was work type(t=2.17, p=.04), duty form(t=2.10, p=.04). The general characteristics that showed a significant difference in health promotion behavior was marital status(t=2.18, p=.02), work type(t=2.26, p=.01). In conclusion, this study revealed that the perception of health status is an important factor related to the health promotion behavior of the nurses. Conclusively, these results suggested that it is necessary to develop multiple programs improving the health promotion behavior.
