노인의 사회적 지지 및 건강증진행위가 인지된 건강상태에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구는 서울시 송파구에 거주하는 65세 이상의 노인 162명을 대상으로 노인들의 사회적 지지와 건강증진행위, 인지된 건강상태에 어떠한 관련성이 있는지 알아보고, 노인의 인지된 건강상태에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 시도하였다. 응답 자료는 SPSS Win 17.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, 최소값, 최대값, 평균과 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, 상관관계(Pearson's Correlation Coefficient), 다중 회귀분석(Multiple Regression Analysis)을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 사회적 지지는 총점범위 18~90점에서 평균은 59.56점으로 사회적 지지를 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 지지 하위영역을 5점 척도에서 보면 정서적 지지가 평균 3.38점, 정보적 지지는 평균 3.36점으로 두 지지의 점수가 비슷한 결과로 나타났으며, 물질적 지지는 평균 3.28점, 평가적 지지는 평균 3.11점 순으로 사회적 지지를 지각하는 것으로 나타났다. 2. 건강증진행위는 총점범위 22~110점에서 평균이 74.65점으로 나타나 건강증진행위의 실천율이 높게 나타났다. 3. 노인의 인지된 건강상태는 총점범위 3~15점에서 평균이 8.73점으로 나타나 보통 수준으로 건강상태를 지각했다. 4. 일반적 특성에 따른 사회적 지지는 연령, 동거 형태, 결혼 상태, 교육수준, 경제적 수준, 경제활동 유무에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 일반적 특성에 따른 사회적 지지 유형을 살펴보면 정서적 지지에 영향을 미치는 변수는 연령, 동거 형태, 결혼 상태, 교육수준, 경제적 수준, 경제활동 유무, 여가활동 유무로 나타났다. 정보적 지지에 영향을 주는 변수는 연령, 동거 형태, 결혼 상태, 교육수준, 경제적 수준, 경제활동 유무, 여가활동 유무로 나타났고, 물질적 지지에 영향을 주는 변수는 연령, 동거 형태, 결혼 상태, 교육수준, 경제적 수준이었다. 마지막으로 평가적 지지에 영향을 주는 변수는 성별, 동거 형태, 결혼 상태, 교육수준, 경제적 수준으로 나타났다. 5. 일반적 특성에 따른 건강증진행위는 연령, 동거 형태, 결혼 상태, 교육수준, 경제적 수준, 경제활동 유무에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 6. 일반적 특성에 따른 인지된 건강상태는 연령, 동거 형태, 결혼 상태, 교육수준, 경제적 수준, 경제활동 유무에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 7. 사회적 지지, 건강증진행위, 인지된 건강상태의 관련성은 사회적 지지와 건강증진행위에서는 유의한 정의 상관관계를 보였고 사회적 지지 유형 중 평가적 지지가 건강증진행위와 비교적 높은 정의 상관관계가 있었다. 또한 사회적 지지와 인지된 건강상태도 유의한 정의 상관관계를 보였고, 사회적 지지 유형 중 정서적 지지가 인지된 건강상태와 비교적 높은 정의 상관관계를 보였다. 인지된 건강상태와 건강증진행위에도 유의한 정의 상관관계가 있었다. 8. 인지된 건강상태는 연령, 정서적 지지, 건강증진행위가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 연령이 낮을수록, 정서적 지지와 건강증진행위가 높을수록 노인의 인지된 건강상태에 영향을 미치는 것을 볼 수 있으며, 이는 55.2% 정도의 설명력을 보이고 있다.;Measuring the degrees of low level social support on 5 scores, the mean was 3.38 with the emotional support, and the mean was 3.36 with the information support. The social support, that according to the general specific, ages, the state of cohabit, the married state, the level of education, the level of financial and the state of economic activity have significant difference in the statics analysis. Analysing the health promotion behavior that according to the general specific, ages, the state of cohabit, the married state, the level of education, the level of financial and the state of economic activity have significant difference in the statics analysis. 6. Analysing the subjective health status that according to the general specific, ages, the state of cohabit, the married state, the level of education and the state fo economic activity have significant difference in the statics analysis. 7. The relation among the social support, the health promotion behavior and the subjective health status were shown the correlation of the significant difference, and appraisal support and the health promotion behavior shown the correlation of significant difference and emotional support shown the high correlation with the subjective health status in the social support types. The relation between subjective health status and the health promotion behavior shown the correlation of the significant difference. 8. The ages, emotional support and the health promotion behavior effect on the subjective health status. In other words, younger and higher of the emotional support and health promotion behavior effect on older generation's subjective health status. And it shows the 55.2% explanation history.
