그룹프로젝트관리 지원을 위한 웹기반 정보보고시스템의 설계 및 구현

Abstract

최근 국내의 많은 대기업들은 세분화된 팀조직을 확대하여 그룹조직으로 변화시키고 본부-실체제의 사업부제 조직을 운영하고 있다. 이러한 추세는 프로젝트업무의 유동성과 조직인력활용의 유연성을 가져왔지만 동시에 프로젝트 의사소통체계를 더욱 복잡하게 만듦으로써 여러 문제점을 불러일으켰다. 현재 대부분의 대기업들은 프로젝트관리를 위하여 전사적자원시스템을 사용하고 있지만 전사적 정보배포의 초점을 맞추고 있어, 조직체계 프로젝트관리의 의사소통부문에 관한 문제점을 해결하지 못한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 프로젝트 관리의 의사소통을 지원하는 웹기반 정보보고시스템을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 조직구성원이 1000명 이상인 국내 제조,건설분야의 대기업에 적용할 수 있는 그룹프로젝트관리 지원을 위한 웹기반 정보보고시스템(WIRS: Web Reporting Information System)을 설계하고 프로토타입을 구현하는 데 있다. 구체적인 연구문제는 첫째 WIRS의 기능개발, 둘째 WIRS의 데이터베이스 구조개발, 셋째 WIRS의 프로토타입 개발을 위한 설계, 넷째 WIRS의 프로토타입 구현을 포함한다. 본 시스템의 연구문제를 해결하기 위하여 프로젝트관리를 지원하는 선행연구를 조사하였으며, 선행연구를 바탕으로 시스템의 기능과 데이터베이스를 묻는 기능조사설문지를 제작하였다. 제작된 설문지는 조직구성원이 1000이상인 제조, 건설분야의 대기업에 종사하는 근무자 34명을 대상으로 조사실시하였다. 분석의 결과값으로 제시된 기능으로는 알람기능, 프로젝트 개요생성기능, 의사소통계획 수립기능, 일일메모기능, 보고하기기능, 이베일자동보고기능, 보고받기기능, 프로젝트 지시기능, 인력정보공유기능, 뉴스정보공유기능, 이벤트 정보공유기능, 히스토리열람기능, 프로젝트종료기능이 있다. 이후 도출된 기능과 데이터베이스들로 WIRS의 프로세스모델과 데이터모델을 설계하였으며, 프로토타입을 구현하여 결과물을 도출하였다. 완성된 결과물을 사용자에게 검증해본 결과, 웹상에서 보고가 이루어진다는 점, 일일메모를 통하여 주간 보고서와 월간보고서가 자동적으로 생성된다는 점, 이외에도 지시생성 및 일정정보공유기능에 긍정적인 답변을 주었다. 반면, 보안상에 관련한 문제점과 보고서내용의 특화부문에 있어서는 부정적인 답변이 제시되었다. WIRS는 향후 국내 대기업의 그룹프로젝트 의사소통 지원을 위한 정보보고시스템의 기틀을 마련할 뿐만 아니라 정보보고의 효율성 또한 증대할 시킬 것으로 기대된다. 또한 본 시스템은 그룹 내 프로젝트관리를 위하여 정확한 의사소통체계와 프로젝트 지원에 필요한 정보를 신속하게 제공할 수 있다. 그러나 본 연구는 다음과 같은 한계점이 존재한다. 첫째로 기존에 프로젝트 의사소통 지원을 위한 IRS의 시스템을 설계하고 구현한 연구자료나 현장에서 사용되고 있는 시스템이 존재하지 않아 설계 및 구현의 객관성에 한계점이 존재한다. 이와 같은 객관성의 보완을 위하여 건설 및 제조업 직군 34명에 기능개발조사를 실시하였지만 정보보고시스템에 필요로하는 모든 기능과 기능에 따른 항목을 모두 추출한 것이라고 볼 수 없다. 둘째로 연구대상을 특정그룹이 아닌 전체를 대상으로 하였기 때문에 보편적인 정보보고의 종류만을 포함하였다는 점이다. 따라서 앞으로는 특정그룹별로 필요한 정보보고의 종류개발과 필요한 기능에 관한 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다. 세 번째로는 본 연구는 사용자의 검증만을 받았다 한계점이 있다. 앞으로의 후속연구에서는 연구대상을 좀더 확대하고 특정 그룹마다의 정보보고시스템을 개발되어 전문가의 검증이 확보된 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.;Today, many large enterprises are changing their team organization to group organization. These trends have brought work flexibility of project and manpower usage. But complex problem of project communication have been occurred. Most of large enterprises use web based ERP(ERP: Enterprise Resourcing Planning) system for their project communication but does not follow system of project. Therefore, quick and systematic system for project communication is needed. Web-based Information Reporting System(hence forth “WIRS”) for project has been proposed in thesis. And this study focuses on designing and implementing prototype of WIRS which could apply to large enterprise of building and manufacturing industry. The main topics discussed throughout this paper focuses on; 1. Function of WIRS 2. Designing of WIRS 3. Database structure of WIRS 4. Implementing prototype of WIRS This paper has used survey and interview method for searching the function of WIRS. 34workers who have work in building and manufacturing industry of large enterprise have answer to survey and interview. Result of survey and interview indicates WIRS needs project starting function, communication planning function, memo function, reporting function, alarming function, e-mail reporting function, report downloading function, instruction function, sharing information of human resource function, sharing information of schedule function, sharing information of news function, sharing information of event function, project finishing fuction and project history function. Therefore WIRS has designed process model which has including CDFD(Context Data Flow Diagram), ODFD(Overview Data Flow Diagram), DFD(Data Flow Diagram)and data structure based on these result. And, Final WIRS prototype had based on result of process model and data structure. WIRS will support project communication for groups which are belonging to large enterprises and also increase efficiency of project communication. But this study has a few critical points. First of all, there was no WIRS before this study, so critical point of objectivity has existing in this paper. To supplement this critical point, research had surveyed and interviewed 34 workers who are working in the large enterprise. But this result could not be all the function of WIRS. Second, object of study group have not be limited to special group so WIRS has only general report format. Third, WIRS have verified the system by users so in the future study, WIRS should be verified by expert.
