공동주택의 개방형 실내공간 디자인에 관한 연구

Abstract

In modern society, the economy, society and culture are rapidly growing, which leads to the enhancement on living and economical standard. In addition, this enhancement on living style is also causing diversity of housing pattern. Accordingly, the demand on reflection of the people's variety of desire in different living styles increases as well. From this perspective, collective residencies such as apartments and condos in Korea are not satisfying all the various demands of people living in this era, due to uniform and standard designing of interior space of houses. There obviously exists the limitation of designing not reflecting the trend of an era, caused by this monotonic compartment design in interior space of houses at this type of residencies. Thus, this thesis will present a solution to overcome such uniformity of interior compartment design applied previously in such types of residencies by suggesting variable interior compartment design distinguishable from the interior environment design perspectives. The study proceeds with following approaches. The first chapter presents the current issue on interior environment design in the collective residencies and addresses the necessity of improvement toward user oriented residential interior design by suggesting "variable interior compartment design in collective residencies" as a solution. And this chapter covers the scope of study and applied methodologies of this study. In the second chapter, culture of residency is explored from the perspective of social situation and housing paradigm. And open space is considered as a basis of an approaching method to maximize the benefit of variableness The third chapter defines the concept of variable residential space and categorizes its types. And this chapter discovers factors and conditions to implement variableness of residential space. The forth chapter overlooks the ways to apply those open type interior design into that of collective residencies. The specific resulting model is presented as conceptually identified in the previous chapter. The fifth chapter describes the involvement between theoretical background suggested throughout this study and actual product of applying its design concept. And result and limitation of current study are also identified. Throughout the above processes, the conclusion is drawn as below. The concept of variable compartment design which has been demanded by contemporary people is maximally benefited in the open interior space of residence and is originated from the cause of people living in this space. When variableness is implemented in interior design, selection of its model needs to be in the place where the highest variable frequency occurs. Variableness as one of open space design properties is placed on top of all others in its conceptual structure. This concept of variable interior space design has characteristics of expandability, transferability, and capability of multi purposes. These characteristics of the concept contribute to implementation of variable interior space design, if applied in reality. Variableness ensures multi access in interior space design and even part of its application provides more creative and feasible architecture design proposal.;현대는 경제. 사회. 문화에 걸쳐 빠르게 성장하고 있고, 그 사회 속에서 경제수준 및 주거의 수준 향상이 급격하게 이루어지고 있다. 또한 생활양식의 변화로 인하여 다양한 주거패턴이 나타나고 이러한 상황에 대응할 수 있는 주거문화에 대한 거주자의 다양한 요구도 증가하고 있다. 이러한 시점에서, 우리나라의 공동주택 내부공간은 획일화 되고 천편 일률적인 공간 구획 방식으로 제공되고 있는 문제점이 있으며 이는 변화하는 시대적 기조에 부응하지 못한 한계점을 가지고 있다. 그러므로 본 연구는 이러한 문제의 해결안을 제시하고자 기존의 주거공간 중 공동주택 단위 공간의 실내환경 디자인에 초점을 맞추어, 획일성을 극복하고 기존의 공동주택에서 보여진 공간과 차별화 되는 가변적인 공간 디자인을 제안해 보고자 한다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 과정으로 진행되었다. 제 1장에서는 우리나라 공동주택에 대한 문제 제기와 덧붙여 사용자 중심의 주거공간이 필요함을 역설하고 문제의 해결안으로서 ‘가변형 공동주택’을 선정함을 밝힌다. 그리고 그에 따른 연구의 범위와 방법을 서술한다. 제 2장에서는 변화하는 주거문화를 사회상과 패러다임으로부터 알아보고 가변성을 극대화 할 수 있는 방법론적 접근 측면인 개방형 공간에 대해서 살펴본다. 제 3장에서는 가변적 주거공간의 개념과 그에 따른 공간유형을 분류하고, 가변성을 구현 시킬 수 있는 요소와 조건을 찾아본다. 제 4장에서는 가변성이 적용된 개방형 공동주택이 공간적으로 구현될 수 있는 방법에 대한 고찰을 실시하고 전장에서 도출된 개념적 원리를 통하여 디자인의 구체적인 결과물을 제시한다. 제 5장에서는 본 연구에서 제안된 이론적 바탕과 디자인 결과물에 대한 연계성. 그리고 연구의 결과와 한계점에 대해 밝히도록 한다. 이와 같은 과정을 거쳐 내린 연구는 다음과 같이 정리할 수 있다. 현시대, 거주자 요구에 대응하는 가변적 공간은 개방형 공간에서 그 효과를 극대화 할 수 있으며 가변적 공간디자인은 거주자 중심사유에서 출발한 디자인 관점이다. 그리고 가변성을 구현할 때는 가변의 빈도수가 높은 방식으로 설정하여야 한다. 개방형 공간의 특성 중 가변성은 가장 상위체계에 위치해 있다. 가변적 공간디자인 개념은 확장. 전환. 그리고 다기능성을 갖게 되고 이러한 디자인 개념을 디자인에 접목시키면 가변적 공간의 구현도를 높일 수 있다. 공간의 가변화는 다각도로 접근이 가능하고, 그의 일부분으로서 공간적 구현원리를 차용하면 보다 창의적이고 실현이 가능한 디자인 안을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.
