인체 드로잉을 응용한 의상디자인 연구

Abstract

Modern industrial society seeks various methods to create values in a variety of fields along with the development of scientific civilization. Under the circumstance, the fine arts and modern fashion design have connections each other and creative ideas with regard to new material techniques suggest various expression methods in all arts. Therefore, this thesis made a human body, an art material as a motive, the artistic expression of sculpture and aesthetic form and suggested new possibilities of the expression that made overlapping images by nets creative fashion designs. This purpose of this study is to express a distinctive body structure by grafting body drawing that allowed express a variety of expressions to fashion designs, highlight the beauty of a human body by applying the characteristics of sculpture, and attempted to express the beauty of a human body and the new values of overlapping. As the contents and methods of this study, the images of human bodies were examined by exploring and formatively analyzing the concepts and definitions of human body drawings. In addition, various expression methods of human body drawings and overlapping were analyzed by collecting examples of works and the overlapping images seen in modern fashion designs were examined. Based on that, the total of 6 works based on the beauty of sculpture by developing the materials of nets selected to express human body drawings and applying the overlapping images to fashion designs, regarding a human body as a motive. The results of this study gained through theological consideration and the creation of arts are seen below. First, as applying the formative characteristics of drawings, new expression methods for drawings and the possibility of new design ideas through various materials can be certain. Second, as using a human body in drawing materials, the characteristics of flexibility along with the characters of human drawings were confirmed by applying a variety of formative principles that allowed artistic expressions and the effects that increased artistic values were able to be achieved by emphasizing parts that had to be emphasized after establishing overlapping images that could expressive motions effectively, overlapping sides, a feeling of uncompleted sketches intensively, and concrete forms of the objects and making an overall harmonious expression. Third, the realizable possibility that highlighted space sense and cubic effect were highlighted through the overlapping images between materials, regarding human drawings as a motive and the realizable possibility that grafting drawings to fashions could be confirmed. As nets with various thicknesses and feelings of materials used in drawing materials, it was easier to express on materials such as a canvas, organza, lowlands, silk, and etc. In addition, through the transparency and variability that nets possessed, the feelings of materials on relief surfaces could be expressed in various visual effects and the feelings of embossed sculpture and the visual depth effect could be achieved by overlapped shading effects. Fourth, white and skin colors were used as background materials to highlight the nets used in drawings. With regard to the harmony of net materials, as applying the contrast of feelings of transparent and opaque materials, human body drawings could be expressed effectively and the beauty of sculpture was maximized by using new mixture of materials. Fifth, the possibility that design silhouette with linear designs and simplification could make human body drawings expressed effectively in three dimensions by the partition of various sides and gray scales through overlapping by the nets could be confirmed. Therefore, in this study, while human body drawings expressed the overlapping images by nets, it harmonized the structures of clothing by applying various types of human bodies as motives. Due to the ease phenomenon according to spandex characters of nets, it is hard to express human bodies. Therefore, effective methods and it is necessary to develop effective methods and conduct researches. Based on that, it is desirable to develop modern fashion designs that have the new beauty of sculpture as new interest in continuous overlapping techniques and studies on various expression techniques and material development.;현대 산업 사회는 과학문명의 발전과 더불어 다양한 분야에 있어 가치 창출의 다양한 방법을 모색하고 있다. 이러한 가운데 순수예술분야와 현대 패션디자인은 서로의 연관성을 가지면서 새로운 재료기법에 따른 창의적인 발상들은 모든 예술에 있어 다양한 표현방법을 제시하고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 예술의 소재인 인체를 모티프로 인체의 구조와 형태를 통하여 예술적 조형표현과 심미적 형태를 만들어 주고, 망(網)에 의한 중첩이미지를 창조적인 패션디자인의 새로운 표현 가능성을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 다양한 표현이 가능한 인체 드로잉 중심에서 패션디자인에 중첩 기법을 접목하여 독창적인 인체구조를 표현하고 조형적 특성을 응용하여 인체의 미(美)를 부각시키고 입체감 있게 표현하여 인체의 아름다움과 중첩의 새로운 가치를 표현하고자 했다. 본 연구의 내용 및 방법으로는 인체드로잉의 개념과 정의에 대해 고찰하고 조형적으로 분석하여, 패션에서 인체이미지를 살펴보았다. 또한 작품사례를 수집하여 인체드로잉과 중첩의 다양한 표현기법을 분석하고, 현대패션디자인의 사례에 나타난 중첩이미지에 대해 알아보았다. 이를 토대로 인체드로잉을 표현하는데 채택된 망(網)소재를 개발하고 인체를 모티프로 중첩이미지를 패션디자인에 응용하여 조형미에 입각한 디자인으로 총 8벌의 작품을 제작하였다. 본 연구의 이론적 고찰과 작품제작을 통하여 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 드로잉의 조형적인 특성을 작품에 적용함으로써 드로잉의 새로운 표현기법과 다양한 재료를 통해 새로운 디자인 발상의 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 드로잉 소재 중 인체를 사용함으로써 예술적 표현을 가능하게 하는 여러 가지 조형원리를 적용하여 인체드로잉의 성격과 함께 유연성의 특성을 확인할 수 있었으며 동세감을 효과적으로 표현할 수 있는 중복이미지, 중첩된 면, 의도적으로 미완성된 스케치 느낌, 그리고 대상의 구체적 형태를 잡아 치밀하게 강조할 부분은 강조하고 전체적 조화의 표현을 가능하게 하여 예술적 가치를 더욱 부각하는 효과를 거둘 수 있었다. 셋째, 인체 드로잉을 모티프로 소재간의 중첩이미지를 통하여 공간감과 입체감을 부각하고, 드로잉을 패션에 접목할 수 있는 실현가능성을 확인 할 수 있었다. 다양한 굵기와 질감을 지닌 망(網)은 드로잉 재료로 사용하여 캔버스, 오간자, 저지, 실크 등의 소재 위에 표현하는데 용이 했다. 또한, 망(網)이 지닌 투명성과 가변성을 통하여 부조적 표면의 질감을 다양한 시각적 효과로 나타낼 수 있었으며, 중첩되어 나타나는 명암 효과로 인해 반입체감과 시각적인 공간의 깊이 효과를 거둘 수 있었다. 넷째, 드로잉에 사용한 망(網)이 돋보이게 배경 소재를 화이트(White)와 스킨 칼라(Skin Color) 를 사용하였다. 망(網) 소재의 조화에 있어서는 투명과 불투명의 질감대비 또는 흑백의 명도대비를 활용함으로써 인체 드로잉을 효과적으로 표현할 수 있었고 소재와의 새로운 배합으로 조형미를 극대화 시킬 수 있었다. 다섯째, 디자인 실루엣은 직선적이고 단순화하여 망에 의한 중첩을 통해 다양한 면 분할과 명암단계로 인체 드로잉을 입체적이고 효과적으로 표현 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다. 이에 본 연구는 인체 드로잉을 망(網)에 의한 중첩이미지를 표현함 있어 인체의 다양한 형태를 모티프로 응용하여 옷의 구조와 적절한 조화를 이루었다. 인체 위에 인체를 입힌다. 즉, 인체를 접목시킨다는 것은 예술적가치가 상호소통하면서 창조적이고 현대적인 패션디자인 제작에 기여할 수 있는 중요한 디자인적 요소를 제공 할 수 있었다. 이에 조형적인 요소로서 새로운 형태를 발견하고 이 형태를 발전시켜 또 다른 새로운 소재와 기법, 그리고 형태를 위한 끊임없는 관심과 열정은 다양한 스타일의 패션디자인의 표현을 가능하게 하였다. 작품 제작과정에서 인체는 다양한 형태를 가지고 있기 때문에 꾸준한 연습과 노력이 필요하다. 망(網)의 스판 성질에 따른 이즈현상 때문에 인체를 표현하는데 어려움이 있어 효율적인 방법의 개발과 연구가 필요할 것이다. 이를 통해 지속적인 중첩기법에 대한 새로운 관심과 다양한 표현기법 및 재료개발에 관한 연구로 새로운 조형미를 가진 현대 패션디자인이 더욱 발전되길 바란다.
