현행 중국어 ‘사이버가정학습’의 현황과 개선 방안 연구

Abstract

국가정보화 사업의 한 축으로서 e-러닝과 ‘사이버가정학습’에 대한 정부의 지원이 활발한 가운데 ‘사이버가정학습’에서는 ‘국어, 영어, 수학, 과학, 사회’ 주요 5개 교과와 더불어 비주요교과목이 함께 운영되고 있다. 이 중 비주요교과목에 해당하는 ‘중국어’는 현행 대학입시제도하에서 과목의 중요도는 낮으나 국제화 시대에 있어서는 세계 무대에서 주요 역할을 할 수 있는 중요한 언어의 하나이다. 이에 전폭적인 국가적 지원으로 진행되고 있는 ‘사이버가정학습’ 사업 추진의 기회를 중국어 과목도 충분히 누릴 수 있어야 할 것이다. 중국어 ‘사이버가정학습’에 대한 학습 지원이 전시적 행정으로 끝나지 않고 실질적인 활성화가 될 수 있도록, 먼저 현행 중국어 ‘사이버가정학습’을 살펴볼 필요성이 있을 것이다. 또한 ‘사이버가정학습’의 시행 5년째를 맞이하여 현행 ‘사이버가정학습’에 대한 전반적인 점검과 평가가 필요한 시점이라고 여겨진다. 이에 본 연구에서는 중국어 ‘사이버가정학습’의 활성화를 위해 현재 각 시ㆍ도 교육청에서 운영 중인 중국어 ‘사이버가정학습’의 현황과 학습 콘텐츠를 분석하고 개선 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 순서로 진행된다. 제Ⅰ장에서는 현행 ‘사이버가정학습’의 활성화를 위한 연구의 필요성 및 목적에 대해 알아보고 연구 내용과 연구 진행 방법을 제시한다. 제Ⅱ장에서는 현행 ‘사이버가정학습’의 전반적인 내용을 이해하고자, e-러닝과 ‘사이버가정학습’의 시행 배경을 살펴보고, ‘사이버가정학습’의 추진 경과와 운영 현황에 대해 밝힌다. 제Ⅲ장에서는 중국어 ‘사이버가정학습’의 현황을 파악한다. 먼저 시ㆍ도 별 중국어 ‘사이버가정학습’ 현황을 보고, 중국어 학습 콘텐츠 분류 체제와 내용과 구성상의 특징을 분석한다. 이어 ‘사이버가정학습 콘텐츠 최종 품질관리 도구’의 평가 영역 중, 교수 설계, 학습 내용, 교수학습 전략, 평가 영역을 중심으로 중국어 학습 콘텐츠를 평가한다. 앞의 분석과 평가 결과를 바탕으로 ‘사이버가정학습’ 중국어 학습 콘텐츠의 문제점을 밝히고 개선의 필요성을 논의한다. 제Ⅳ장에서는 제Ⅲ장에서 밝힌 문제점을 바탕으로 중국어 ‘사이버가정학습’의 개선 방안을 학습자료 데이터베이스의 구축과 중국어 학습 콘텐츠 내용의 강화로 제시한다. 마지막으로 제Ⅴ장에서는 중국어 ‘사이버가정학습’의 활성화를 위해 앞에서 이루어진 논의를 정리한다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 중국어 ‘사이버가정학습’의 활성화를 위한 개선 방안은 제시하였으나 실제적인 구현과 학습 효과에 대한 검증은 이루어지지 않았기 때문에 이에 대한 부분은 추후 활발한 연구가 이루어지길 바란다.;As a part of the national information project, Cyber Home Learning System is strongly supported by the Korean government. Online classes for five major subjects such as Korean, English, Math, Science, Social Studies and other minor subjects are run by this system. ‘Chinese’ is considered less important subject under current university entrance exam, however it is obviously one of important languages in global market. Therefore, Chinese should be considered to be one of major subjects in Cyber Home Learning System, which is fully supported by Korean government. For Chinese Cyber Home Learning System to be more than just a show-off, to be substantially activated, we first need to look at current chinese Cyber Home Learning System. Especially, it is meaningful to assess overall Cyber Home Learning System at this point where Cyber Home Learning System has been active for 5 years. In this study, I'll examine the current status and analyze learning contents of Chinese Cyber Home Learning System run by education offices in different cities and provinces, and propose plans to stimulate and improve current programs. In the first chapter, the purpose of study to stimulate current Cyber Home Learning System is addressed. Also the contents and process of study is explained consecutively. In the second chapter, the background of launching e-learning and Cyber Home Learning System will be reviewed for better understanding of current system. Then, I'll make an analysis of the execution and management of Cyber Home Learning System. In the third chapter, the current status of chinese Cyber Home Learning System will be examined. I'll first take a look at Chinese Cyber Home Learning System in each city and province and analyze the categories and the specifics of contents. After the review of current system, I'll assess Chinese study material mainly focused on Instructional Design, Learning Contents, Teaching and Learning Strategies and Evaluation among ‘Cyber Home Learning Contents Final Quality Control Measure’ which is developed by KERIS. Based on the analysis and assessment, I'll address the issues of current Chinese Cyber Home Learning contents and bring up the need of improvement. In the fourth chapter, I'll propose building database of study material and enriching study contents as a scheme to improve current Chinese Cyber Home Learning System. In the final chapter, issues I dealt with in previous chapters to stimulate Chinese Cyber Home Learning System will be summarized. I proposed plans to stimulate and improve Chinese Cyber Home Learning System in this study. However the execution and its effectiveness will have to be studied further.
