dc.description.abstract송악 Hedera rhombea Bean.의 잎을 건조, MeOH로 추출한 다음에 diethyl ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol 순으로 분획하여 그 중 n-butanol 분획에서 compound Ⅰ을, ethyl acetate 분획에서 compoundⅡ 와 compoundⅢ을 단리한 추, 각종 이화학적 실험과 광학적 분석에 의하여 compound Ⅰ은 rutin, compound Ⅱ는 caffeic acid, compound Ⅲ는 3,5-dicaffeoyl quinic acid로 동정하였다; Three phenolic compounds were isolated from the leaves of Hedera rhombea Bean.(Araliaceae). It's MeOH ext. was partitioned into ether, ethylacetate and n-butanol fraction. The n-butanol fraction was subjected to sephadex LH-20 column chromatography using H_(2)O-MeOH (gradient elution) to yeild compound Ⅰ,yellow crystal, m.p.195-197 . The ethylacetate fraction was also subjected to sephadex LH-20 column chromatography using H_(2)O-EtOH (gradient elution) to yeild compound Ⅱ and compound Ⅲ, light brown powder. On basis of spectrum data analysis, Ⅰ was elucidated as rutin, Ⅱ as caffeic acid , Ⅲ as 3,5-dicaffeoyl quinic acid-
