S. Prokofiev Piano sonata op. 83, no. 7과 R. A. Schumann Carnaval op. 9에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 논문은 1992년 10월 16일에 있었던, 본인의 석사과정 이수를 위한 졸업 연주회의 연주곡목 중 S.Prokofiev의 Piano Sonata Op.83 No.7과 R.A.Schumann의 Carnaval Op.9에 관한 연구이다. Piano Sonata Op.83은 그의 후기 작품으로, 1939년에 착수되어 1943년에 완성된 곡으로, Piano의 음악적 요소가 잘 압축된 빈틈없는 구성미를 지닌 곡이다. 이 곡은 3악장으로 구성되어 있는데, 1악장을 전형적인 Sonata형식으로 Allegro Inquieto의 1주제와 Andantino의 2주제로 구성되어 있다. 2악장은 고전형식의 전형적인 느린 악장으로, 따뜻하며 낭만적인 선율의 주제를 가진다. 3악장은 7/8박자로 2-3-2 분할박자에 의해 지배된다. R.A.Schumann의 Carnaval Op.9는 슈만의 대표적인 표제적 모음곡으로서, 그의 다양한 idea가 돋보이는 작품이다. 그는 Carnaval Op.9에서 ASCH라는 도시 이름을 통하여 글자와 관련된 구상의 전개를 시도하는데, 이는 작품에 통일성을 주는 중요한 동기가 된다. 그리고, 각각의 소품들은 각기 특징적인 제목을 가지고 있으며, Schumann은 각각의 제목이 상징하는 것을 그의 풍부한 상상력으로 구체화하고 있다. ;This is an attempt to study analytically from the repertoire performed by the author for graduate recital required as a partial fullfillment for the degree of master of music. S.Prokofiev's Piano Sonata Op.83, No.7 and Schumann's Carnaval Op.9 are consisted of this study. Prokofiev ; throughout his life, had composed nine piano sonatas. They show his musical developement very well. Prokofiev's Piano Sonata No.7, one of his three later Sonatas, has been wellknown. Sonata Op.83 has a neat sheme which reflects his unique musical facters. Sonata Op.83 consists of three movements. The first movement is a typical Sonata form and consists of the theme in allegro Inquieto and a lyrical composition and in Andantino. The second movement is a classical slow pattern ad has the theme of warn and lyrical melodies. For the third mevement, seven-eights meter persists from start to end. Carnaval Op.9 is Schumann's famous suites, which shows his various musical ideas. He tried the developement of schemes which is related with the characters of the name of the city, "ASCH". Thus, it provides Carnaval Op.9 with consistency. Each piece has its own title and Schumann embody each symbolic title through his imagination.
