무용 심리학의 학문적 구조

Abstract

현대 산업사회의 급격한 변화는 수많은 새로운 정보와 문제를 낳게 되고 이를 해결해야 할 전문적이고 새로운 연구나 학문을 필요로 하게 되었다. 인간사회의 제 현상을 상호 분리해서 생각할 수 없듯이 제 학문들도 각기 독립된 정체성을 지니면서 다른 여러 학문들과 광역적으로 학제화되는 경향을 띄게 된 것이다. 20세기 초 각급 학교를 중심으로 무용교육이 확산되고 특히 대학 무용과를 주축으로 무용의 학문적 연구가 보다 체계적으로 이루어지기 시작한 이후 무용학에 있어서도 필연적으로 관련 학과와의 학제화를 요구하기에 이르고 이것은 무용미학, 무용교육학, 무용생리학, 무용해부학, 무용기능학, 무용의학 등의 새로운 학문체계를 출현시켰다. 본 연구는 이러한 학문화 경향의 하나로 무용에 심리학적 요소를 도입하여 무용학습과 무용수행활동에 작용하는 심리적 변인들을 연구하는 응용과학인 무용심리학의 필요성을 검토하고 그 학문적 기본 구조를 설정함으로써 무용심리학이 독립된 학문으로 정초될 것을 제언하고 있다. 또한 문헌 연구법을 연구방식으로 채택한 본 연구는 일반심리학과 선행된 예술심리학 이론, 운동심리학 이론에 근거하여 무용심리학의 학문적 개념정의와 성격, 그리고 그 연구방법과 내용을 아래와 같이 구조화 시켰다. 1. 정의 : 무용활동에 영향을 미치는 심리적 변인을 연구하는 과학 2. 성격 : 예술심리학과 운동심리학의 성격을 포함하는 응용심리학 3. 연구방법 : 관찰법, 실험법, 조사법, 임상법 등 4. 연구내용 : 예술심리학적측면-동기 이론, 지각이론, 표현이론, 감상이론 등 운동심리학적 측면-성격이론, 동기유발이론, 주의집중, 집단역학 관객효과, 불안해소 등; The radical change of mordern, industrial society has brought forth a myriad of new information and problems, hence need to secure the more professional and newer studies or academic sphers. In such a manner that every phenomenon from human society could not be thought able to be separated each other, every science has becom to take on a tendency involved to a kind of long-range covering inter disciplinary systemization of various different science, beyond each established indentity. In the early 20th century, dance education had expanded around every class of school. After scholarly studies of dance began to be made systemically especially centered around the collage departments of dance, even dance science has becom to demand a necessary inter disciplinary systemization including related departments of the science. This has created newer scholarly systems such as Dance Aesthetics, Dance Education, Dance Physiology, Dance Anatomy, Dance Kinesiology, Dance Medicine, etc, This study reviewed the necessity of the dance psychology applied science studying psychological variable related to dance learing and activity by introducing psychological elements to dance, and established its basic scholarly structure suggesting that Dance psychology could be framed as follows ; 1) Definition of Dance psychology A science studying individual and social elements affecting dance activity 2) Characteristic of dance psychology Applied psychology as well as cultural psychology including characteristics of art and sport psychology 3) Method of Dance psychology Observation, experiment, research, clinical method etc. 4) Content of Dance psychology (Art-psychologic at aspect) Motif theory, Perception theory, Expression theory, Appreciation theory (Sport-psychological aspect) Dance performance and Dance learning theory ; Characteristic theory, Motif stimulation theory, Attention theory, Group dynamics, Audience effect, anxiety dissolution
