A sensor network localization problem has been formulated as a quadraticoptimization problem (QOP). The QOP formulation includes constraints from distance data. To solve the problem using semidenite program(SDP), Biswas and Ye introduced SDP constraint by relaxing the con-straint for distance data. This relaxation proved exact by So and Ye. Kim et al. suggested to exploit the sparsity pattern to improve the speed and derived the sparse version of Biswas and Ye's SDP relaxation. Their SDP formulation was introduced as a Matlab package called SFSDP. In this paper, SFSDP has been applied to a molecular conformation prob-lem considering noise and anchor free condition. The performance of SFSDP is tested with randomly generated problems and `1GM2' pro-tein. Accurate solutions could be obtained for exact distance problems.-
