患者服에 關한 硏究

Abstract

本 硏究의 目的은 重症患者로서 병원이나 혹은 가정에서 항상 누워서만 생활하고 있는 환자자신과 이들을 간호하고 있는 간호인들에게 보다 편하고 쾌적한 환자복을 제시하므로서 그들에게 도움을 주고자 하는데 있다. 硏究方法은 병원에 입원하고 있는 환자와 간호인을 對象으로 하여 먼저 현 실태를 質問紙調査로 알아보았고 이 結果를 토대로 하여 환자복을 디자인하고 製作하여 着衣實驗을 통해 새로 디자인한 환자복의 타당성여부를 검토하였다. 本 硏究의 結果는 다음과 같이 요약된다. 1. 환자들은 대체로 장기간의 치료를 요하며, 의식의 상태도 무의식일거나 혼미상태이고, 마비환자이며 전적으로 남의 도움을 必要로 하는 환자들이다. 일반적으로 현재의 환자복은 환자 전원에게 同一하게 着用되고 있는 것으로 上記한 특수 환자에게는 환자자신이나 간호인에게 많은 不便을 느끼게 하고 있어 특수 환자복의 개선이 불가피하다. 2. 이와 같은 환자에 적합한 患者服디자인의 基本條件은 (1) 옷을 입히고 벗기는 데 편하고 (2) 부분적인 가림이 가능하며 (3) 환자의 동작을 방해하지 않으며 (4) 寢床과 닿는 부분의 주름을 펴기가 쉬우며 (5) 배변 시 변기를 使用하기 쉬운 形態이여야 한다. 3. 본 연구에 제시된 환자복은 3차례의 着衣實驗을 거쳐 선정하고 제작되었으며 간호인들에 의해 매우 만족스럽다는 評價를 받은 것들이다.;The purpose of this study is to provide a comfortable and suitable patient's gown for a patient who is confined to bed at home or hospital because of serious illness. This special patient's gown will also help the nursing team in their care of the patient. The method of study was ; 1. to design the gown after investigating the actual circumstances of patient and nursing team. 2. to make suitable gown and test its suitability. Through this method many problems were found and corrected. Finally after much experimentation a most suitable gown was designed. The results of this study are as follows : 1. This gown is suitable for patients who need long-time care, and who are unconscious or paralyzed, most of the gowns which are presently used by all palient's regardless of their condition are after unsuitable, from both the patient's point of view and the nursing team. 2. The basic conditions for such patient's gown are as follows: a. it should be easy to put on and take off. b. it should be possible to cover only part of the body. c. it should not restrict the patient's movements. d. it should not wrinckle up under the patient's body and cause disconfort. e. it should be easy to use excrements vessel. 3. This special gown for a seriously, ill patient satisfied the above conditions. It was tested and corrected many times until a suitable gown was designed. This special gown was found quite satisfactory by nurse after various kind of tests.
