F.Chopin의 ballade 소고

Abstract

'피아노의 시인'이라 불리우며 음악에 있어서 낭만주의의 전성기였던 19세기초 Poland에서 태어난 Fryderyk Franciszek chopin(1810-1849)은 수많은 피아노 작곡가 중에서 아직까지도 가장 탁월한 위치에 서 있으며 그의 작품 또한 훌륭한 것으로서 높이 평가되고 있다. Chopin은 그의 음악에 있어서 자유로운 형식과 환상적인 분위기를 표현하는 낭만주의 음악의 특징을 기초로하여, Poland혁명을 비롯한 당시의 주변상황을 피부로 느껴 독창적이고도 우울함이 깔려있는 작품을 많이 작곡하였다. Chopin은 특히 단악장 형식을 주로 사용하였는데 그중 몇곡의 노래와 실내악곡을 제외하고는 Barcarolle, Berceuse, Ballades, Etudes, Fantasies, Fantasie-Impromptue, Mazurkas, Nocturnes, Preludes, Polonaises, Scherzos, Sonatas, waltzes등 주로 피아노 곡을 작곡하였다. 이러한 작품가운데 본 논문에서는 4곡의 Ballade중 제4번 op.52를 세밀히 분석 검토 하였다. 'Ballade'란 춤춘다는 뜻을 가진 이태리어 'ballare'에서 나온말로 처음에는 이야기 형태의 성악곡이었는데 19세기초에 비로서 Chopin에 의해 기악곡의 형태로 발전하여 예술작품으로서 완성을 보게 되었다. Chopin의 Ballades는 그의 작품중 가장 극적이면서도 시적인 표현이 잘 되어있는 것으로서 시인 Adam Mickiewicz의 시에 의해 영감을 받아 작곡된 것으로 알려져 있다. Ballade op. 52는 낭만주의 소나타의 영향을 받은 자유로운 소나타 알레그로 형식(Free Sonata Allegro Form)으로서 제시부, 발전부, 재현부로 구성된 서정적이고도 웅장한 느낌을 주는 곡이다. 또한 이 곡은 즉흥적인 장식음의 사용과 모방형식으로된 선율의 처리, 반음계 진행, tempo rubato, pedal의 사용, 풍부한 화성, 다양한 리듬등 Chopin음악의 특징을 충분히 발휘한 훌륭한 작품이라고 하겠다.;Fryderyk Franciszek Chopin (1810-1849), who called 'the poet of the piano', was born in Poland in the beginning of the 19th 19th century which was the golden age of the Romanticism. Chopin has the most prominant position among many piano composers until now, and his works are highly estimated as great ones. On the basis of general characteristics of Romantic music which is expressed with free form and fantastic mood, Chopin composed a lot of subjective and gloomy music under the circumstance of Poland Revolution. Especially, Chopin used the form of single movement. He usually composed piano music such as Barcarolle, Berceuse, Ballades, Etudes, Fantasies, Fantasie-Impromptue Mazurkas, Nocturnes, polonaises, Scherzos, Waltzes, and so forth exclusive of some songs and chamber music. Among these works, the writer mainly studied op. 52 that is the forth Ballade among Chopints four Ballades in this thesis. The word 'Ballade' originates from Italian word 'ballare' which has the meaning of dancing. At first, Ballade was vocal music with the form of story. But at last, in the beginning of the 19th century, Ballade has been completed as a work of art, being developed into the form of instrumental music by Chopin. Chopin's Ballades are well expressed most dramatically and poetically among his works, and his Ballades are inspired by the poem written by Adam Mickiewicz. Ballade Op. 52 is written with the form of the free Sonata Allegro influenced by Romantic Sonata, and his Ballade, consisting of the Exposition, the Development and the Recapitulation, gives the lyrical and grand feelings to us. This Ballade, also, is the great work which displays mamy characteristics of Chopin's music such as. improvised use of Ornamentation, the treatment of melody with Canon form, the progression of chromatic scale, tempo rubato, the use of pedal, rich harmony and various rhythms.
